Muretti a secco in pietra, sulla testata del letto, caraffe con rubinetto che simulano giochi di luci e acqua, lavello in pietra, il lavabo un ciotolone di ceramica porcellanata, volte in pietra locale, un albero di ulivo all'interno della camera.... Dei due appartamenti bloccati ce n'è uno solo disponibile e.. sentite bene a prezzo maggiore di quello concordato. Alla mia richiesta di avere uno sconto per sopperire al danno provocato ( prenotare all'ultimo minuto un'altra sistemazione mi era costato di più) mi risponde di " organizzarmi diversamente". Per fortuna ci sono tante altre persone serie a monopoli. Senza cercare aggettivi offensivi che sarebbero tra l'altro meritatissimi, lascio a voi la valutazione opportuna We are not able to stay because the owner forgot to write down the book! At my request to have a discount to make up for the damage caused (to book at the last minute another place had cost me more) responds me to "get organized differently." C	Chiara Santamaria on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comodissima per la posizione ma un ambiente decisamente poco salubre, molto umido e con un forte odore di muffa. Dopo due notti trascorse qui ho avuto una dermatite da contatto su tutta la schiena. I vestiti lasciati in valigia diventano umidissimi. L'ambiente non ha finestre, l'unico ricambio d'aria è la portafinestra d'ingresso che non può essere lasciata aperta senza rischiare di ritrovarsi qualche vicino in casa (una sera hanno fatto il barbecue davanti il nostro ingresso facendo entrare il fumo all'interno). Very convenient for the position but a decidedly unhealthy environment, very humid and with a strong smell of mold. After two nights here I had contact dermatitis all over my back. The clothes left in the suitcase become very damp. The environment has no windows, the only change of air is the entrance French window that cannot be left open without risking to find a few neighbors (one evening they made the barbecue in front of our entrance making the smoke enter the 'indoor).
O	Olena Hrytsay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location bellissima, arredamento particolare che ti immerge nella Puglia, colori bianco, blu, ulivo in casa, pietra a vista sui muri...tutto molto suggestivo. Anche l'occhio vuole la sua parte :) L'appartamento che avevamo noi era dotato di tutto , bagno con doccia , cucina , zona notte e zona pranzo. Ci siamo stati per 3 notti, un ottimo punto per fare tutte le gite nei dintorni come ad Alberobello, Locorotondo, Castellana, Polignano a Mare, Bari, Ostuni etc. Monopoli è veramente un punto strategico per fare tutto ciò. Si trova a pochi passi dal centro storico, dal porto e dalla zona dove sono collocati tutti i ristoranti locali, non vi perdete una bella mangiata di pesce e ovviamente anche il panino da Cinzia e Giuseppe ( accanto al molo, solo di sera ). La sera dopo cena una passeggiata lungo mare ci sta tutta , Monopoli poi è un gioiello vero. Inoltre vi è la possibilità di avere il parcheggio privato al coperto, a soli 15€ al giorno, è un grande vantaggio... Non si perde tempo a cercare parcheggi e stressarsi per nulla. Noi ne abbiamo usufruito e ci siamo trovati benissimo... Per fare colazione ci sono diversi bar intorno alla struttura, altrimenti in casa c'è comunque la cucina quindi volendo se si fa un po' di spesetta e ci si attrezza, si può fare tutto in casa. Lidl e Despar sono a qualche km di distanza, noi siamo andati lì a rifornirci. :) Grazie ancora per il soggiorno, il Proprietario una persona gentilissima e super disponibile. Beautiful location, particular decor that immerses you in Puglia, white, blue, olive trees in the house, exposed stone on the walls ... all very impressive. Even the eye wants its part :) The apartment we had was equipped with everything, bathroom with shower, kitchen, sleeping area and dining area. We stayed there for 3 nights, a very good point to make all trips in the surroundings such as Alberobello, Locorotondo, Castellana, Polignano a Mare, Bari, Ostuni etc. Monopoli is really a strategic point to do all this. It is located a short walk from the historic center, the port and the area where all the local restaurants are located, do not miss a nice fish meal and of course the sandwich from Cinzia and Giuseppe (next to the pier, only by evening). In the evening after dinner a walk along the sea is all about, then Monopoli is a real jewel. Furthermore there is the possibility of having a private covered parking, for only 15 € a day, it's a great advantage ... No time is wasted looking for parking and stressing out for nothing. We have taken advantage of it and had a great time ... To have breakfast there are several bars around the structure, otherwise in the house there is still the kitchen so if you want if you do a bit of spesetta and you equip yourself , you can do everything at home. Lidl and Despar are a few miles away, we went there to stock up. :) Thanks again for the stay, the Owner a very kind and super helpful person.

Appartement charmant avec pierres apparentes, 1 salle de bain avec chaque chambre, je recommande Very nice apartment, very well located, just the kitchen which is not very functional. Charming apartment with exposed stones, 1 bathroom with each bedroom, I recommend
