Location molto carina ma staff deludente e organizzazione Pessima. Avevamo prenotato 1 ora di spa e 1 ora di massaggio ma il giorno stesso ci hanno comunicato che non era possibile usufruire della spa a causa di un guasto ai macchinari, non volendo posticipare il giorno dato che la prima data disponibile fosse nel mese di ottobre ci hanno proposto di compensare la spa con un trattamento, pensavamo fosse qualcosa altrettanto valido invece hanno pensato ad uno scrub corpo di 3 minuti scarsi. Prenotati per le 18:00 ci hanno fatto accomodare alle 19:30 e concludo dicendo che non hanno avuto neanche la delicatezza di coccolarci con qualche tisana come è solito fare. Noi non passeremo più neanche davanti la struttura. My boyfriend and I went day 21 to this spa located inside a gym. Very nice location but disappointing staff and poor organization. We had booked 1 hour spa and 1 hour massage but on the day we were informed that it was not possible to use the spa because of a breakdown in the machinery, not wanting to postpone the day since the first available date was in October we they proposed to compensate the spa with a treatment, we thought it was something equally valid but they thought of a scarce 3-minute body scrub. Booked for 6.00 pm they made us sit down at 7.30 pm and I conclude by saying that they didn't even have the delicacy of cuddling us with some herbal tea as is usual. We will no longer pass the structure either.
