★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La palestra VITALITY è stupenda : la consiglierei a chiunque. Chi ci lavora non sorride mai, ma dipenderà dalla ripetitività della mansione che distruggerebbe il cervello a chiunque. Compensano i musi lunghi, l ' allegria dei soci over 80 e la mia, che canto a voce bassa la musica che ascolto, mentre mi alleno. Camerini grandissimi e puliti. Ottimi tutti gli attrezzi, tanto spazio e non c'è mai puzza di sudore, come in certe palestre a ct che ho provato in passato. Meravigliosa direi. Solo secondo me, dovrebbe aprire alle otto la mattina, per chi soffre di insonnia come me. Io in poche settimane ho riscontrato enormi benefici. Grazie di cuore a chi me la ha regalata!
The VITALITY gym is wonderful: I would recommend it to anyone. Those who work there never smile, but it will depend on the repetitiveness of the job that would destroy anyone's brain. They compensate for the long faces, the cheerfulness of the members over 80 and mine, who sing in a low voice the music I listen to, while I train. Very large and clean dressing rooms. Excellent all the tools, lots of space and there is never the smell of sweat, like in some ct gyms that I have tried in the past. Wonderful I would say. In my opinion alone, it should open at eight in the morning for insomnia sufferers like me. In a few weeks I have found enormous benefits. Heartfelt thanks to those who gave it to me!
