Il professore, nostro amico del posto ci porta qui per provare il tipico favette e cicoria, il piatto presentato benissimo è anche squisito! Altrettanto ottimi i piatti di pesce! Ci torniamo qualche sera dopo per ripetere l esperienza e l oste Luigi, sempre sul pezzo e disponibile, ci accoglie entusiasta proponendoci il piatto del giorno: melanzana ripiena con cacio ricotta, oltre che presentata benissimo era anche deliziosa! Sicuramente il miglior locale di Mattinata dove mangiare sia piatti tipici che di pesce! Da provare assolutamente! Suggestive place on the steps of Mattinata, the furniture is very nice! The polpo (octopus) and sepia (cuttlefish) dishes we're really good, and the offer had many interesting, tasty-looking options. However, the lost star is due to some of the best plates in the menu lacking. The prices aren't bad and the staff isn't either, but you may have some difficulties to make yourself understood as a non Italian speaking tourist.
