★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ordinata corona di rose bianche per un funerale a Vignate, che però era organizzato da un' ALTRA impresa funebre, venuta da fuori. Risultato: la corona è stata consegnata ma le rose erano già reclinate su se stesse in quanto ormai quasi appassite, con petali in molti punti ormai ingialliti, dando la netta impressione di essere una corona già usata per un altro funerale. La fascia con la dedica era scritta a pennarello, quindi quasi illeggibile. Alla mail inviata, che segnalava educatamente l'accaduto, è stato risposto semplicemente negando l'evidenza.

Result: the crown was delivered but the roses were already reclined on themselves as they are now almost withered, with petals in many places now yellowed, giving the distinct impression of being a crown already used for another funeral. The band with the dedication was written in felt-tip pen, therefore almost illegible. The email sent, which politely reported what happened, was answered simply by denying the evidence.
