Il governo è affidato al priore e agli amministratori, le disponibilità economiche fanno si che la musealozzazione degli antichi oggetti è perfetta e godibile. Anche lo storico presepe è preziosissimo. Qui ha anche sede l'arcoconfraternita di San catello confluita poi in questa dei servi, con un busto argenteo di san catello spettacolare, proveniente da una distrutta chiesa di San catello sull'attuale corso italia.
