★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady in the entrance wasn’t speaking English at all, was rude and annoyed with us that we don’t know Italian.
For the palace, the entrance of 20€ isn’t worth for what you can see inside the palace. The places that are open to the public are very few at the moment. The gardens were beautiful, totally worth to visit them from May and after cause now they weren’t totally bloom.
If you have the Torino card like me it’s totally worth to go even if it’s far from Turin, cause it’s free.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impressive palace with beautiful gardens, justly made a UNESCO world heritage. The Reggia di Venaria Reale is a huge palace that started as the hunting lodge of the Savoia noble and royal family near the mountains, north of Turin. It is a vaste complex of grand halls and chambers. You can follow a tour through these rooms, many of which are finely decorated and contain some nice paintings. The grand gallery is one of the showpieces. The stables hold the prince’s beautiful boat and nice carriages. The palace is surrounded by wonderful gardens. There is a nice shop and a good bar in the palace. You can park nearby. Well worth a visit if you like grand palaces and gardens.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Reggia di Venaria is a former royal residence and gardens located in Venaria near Tuein, with 80,000m² in palace area and over 950.000m² in premises, it is one of the largest palaces in the world. The Palace was designed and built from 1675. The garden there was so big and beautiful that we walked for about 2 hours.
