e	elisa clemente on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dal 31 luglio al 9 agosto sono stata a cenare al ristorante La Vecchia Botte a Siderno 2 volte, la seconda domenica 8 agosto. La valutazione complessiva di 3 stelle e mezzo (non mi prendeva la mezza stella) non è regalata: il posto è grazioso, il servizio buono, il cibo - parlo dei piatti di pesce - a volte addirittura delizioso, la scelta dei vini più che accettabile. Le stelle potevano essere 4, addirittura 4 e mezzo, ma c'è un "ma": l'antipasto di ostriche servito domenica sera non era buono. Le ostriche erano calde, e non quasi gelide, come dovrebbero essere, e terribilmente grasse. Grasse al punto da dare un brivido di fastidio. Ma il punto non è tanto questo. Il cuoco che ha preparato quelle ostriche era consapevole che non erano "up to standard". La cosa è stata rimarcata. Ma nessuno ha chiesto scusa, nessuno si è preso la responsabilità dell'errore, nessuno. E mentre le ostriche cattive si possono certamente considerare un incidente di percorso, il fare finta di niente, trattando il cliente come se fosse stupido, o peggio, non importante (tanto, di clienti ce ne sono tanti) è un brutto errore. Peggio, è un errore triste, che fa fare una brutta figura all'umanità. From July 31st to August 9th I went to dinner at La Vecchia Botte restaurant in Siderno twice, on the second Sunday 8th August. The overall rating of 3 and a half stars (I did not get the half star) is not given: the place is nice, the service good, the food - I'm talking about fish dishes - sometimes even delicious, the choice of wines more than acceptable . The stars could have been 4, even 4 and a half, but there is a "but": the oyster appetizer served on Sunday evening was not good. The oysters were hot, and not nearly as cold as they should be, and terribly fat. Fat to the point of giving a shiver of annoyance. But that's not the point. The cook who prepared those oysters was aware that they were not "up to standard". The thing has been remarked. But no one apologized, no one took responsibility for the mistake, no one. And while bad oysters can certainly be considered a hiccup, pretending nothing happened, treating the customer as if they were stupid, or worse, not important (a lot, there are many customers) is a bad mistake. Worse, it is a sad mistake, which makes humanity look bad.

Portate curate in ogni minimo dettaglio. Alta qualità della materia prima esaltando le eccellenze locali. Prezzo a mio parere alto per 2 antipasti, una portata di crudo, 2 primi, un secondo 2 piccoli dessert 150 euro Signor "Proprietario" non mi sembra di aver dimenticato nulla, lei ha solo voluto precisare le portate. Ho dimenticato solo il vino, in ogni caso io non ho messo in dubbio la qualità dei piatti avendo allegato anche le foto. La mia critica era al prezzo, in passato abbiamo mangiato completo con 100 euro, oggi il prezzo mi è sembrato un pò alto. Visto che il dolce era "offerto" lo conferma ancora di più. Ripeto solo una critica rispetto al passato dove ho mangiato di qualità e al giusto prezzo. Oggi ho riscontrato un aumento,tutto qui.
