Le materie prime sono di prima scelta e di altissima qualità, accuratamente selezionate. I prodotti della rosticceria sembrano fatti a casa dalle nostre nonne. Ho assaggiato diverse paste ripiene come lasagne, ravioli cannelloni ecc e finalmente ho trovato al loro interno un ingrediente che dovrebbe essere la base ma che oggi non è scontato trovare: la carne (di scottona). Staff gentilissimo e pulizia aggiungono un motivo in più per scegliere LA TRADIZIONE. Oramai cliente fisso, grazie! All the products are made strictly following the main rule: tradition (indeed!). The raw materials are first choice and of the highest quality, carefully selected. The products of the rotisserie seem to be made at home by our grandmothers. I tried several stuffed pastas like lasagna, cannelloni ravioli etc and finally I found an ingredient inside them that should be the basis but that today is not obvious to find: the meat (of scottona). Very kind staff and cleanliness add one more reason to choose TRADITION. By now a regular customer, thank you!
