Servizio molto attento e presente e con il sorriso. La cucina è da dieci pieno per sapori, accostamenti, qualità percepita e presentazione. Si percepisce una preparazione non indifferente e una tecnica realizzativa di alto livello. L unico appunto da muovere su questa bellissima esperienza è la carta dei vini che deve essere ampliata, assolutamente. A truly fascinating location with the Chianti valleys below and the hills before your eyes. Well-kept room with a remarkable visual impact. Service very attentive and present and with a smile. The kitchen is ten full for flavors, combinations, perceived quality and presentation. There is a considerable preparation and a high-level realization technique. The only thing to note about this wonderful experience is the wine list that must be expanded, absolutely.
V	Vale Spiri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In zona collinare, confinante solo con terre coltivate a vigneti e uliveti che digradano verso il basso per risalire su altri colli che tutt'intorno forniscono una pittoresca cornice di cipressi e castelli. Un panorama delizioso avvolto in un silenzio quasi surreale, lontano dai rumori degli abitati e delle strade. Qui sorge la cantina Ugolini che ha dato il natale a un nuovo risorante elegante e discreto. Una bellissima esperienza, per il tramonto che ha accompagnato i primi minuti del nostro arrivo e per come abbiamo trascorso la serata a tavola. Abbiamo scelto un menù degustazione a 50 euro, ottimo. Piatti curati nel dettaglio sapientemente, accostamenti inediti e sorprendentemente azzeccati, sapori grossolani toscani ingentiliti e alleggeriti da piccoli accorgimenti.... una qualità elevata che non ha riscontro nella zona. Si aggiunga l'ottima preparazione del personale, svelto, sollecito e critico. Un ristorante veramente da consigliare, soprattutto se si è in due. In the hilly area, bordering only with lands planted with vineyards and olive groves that slope down to climb up on other hills that all around provide a picturesque frame of cypresses and castles. A delightful panorama wrapped in an almost surreal silence, far from the noise of the inhabited areas and streets. Here rises the Ugolini winery which has given birth to a new elegant and discreet restaurant. A wonderful experience, for the sunset that accompanied the first minutes of our arrival and how we spent the evening at the table. We chose a tasting menu for 50 euros, excellent. Dishes carefully cared for in detail, new and surprisingly well-chosen combinations, coarse Tuscan flavors refined and lightened by small details .... a high quality that has no counterpart in the area. Add to this the excellent preparation of the staff, quick, prompt and critical. A restaurant to recommend, especially if you are two.

This is a family owned small restaurant and the owners and staff go out of their way to provide the finest food and service. First of all, the million dollar view. The tables are overlooking famous Tuscan hilltop with nearly pristine medieval-landscape which creates upscale and unique atmosphere. The restaurant serves sophisticated Italian/Continental cuisine, fresh, flavorful, local and seasonal in its ingredients and inspiration but persuasively gourmet in technique and presentation. Everything Ristorante La Toscanini offers says "quality," from manicured landscaping, the Italian volcanic ceramic tables, the beautifully unique (but sensible) wine glasses, and the fine service. The steaks we ordered were just amazing, pasta was out of this world, superb wine selection. In summary: amazing food, wonderful host, attentive service, freshest local ingredients, great wine, spectacular view and at the most incredible value. If you are driving by you must stop and enjoy the food at this restaurant. It was the best food we had during our 2 weeks in Italy. Thanks Mario and the team, amazing job!!
