★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da diverso tempo volevo passare a Chivasso e quale migliore occasione per deviare prima della destinazione di Torino?
Ho avuto la possibilità di assaggiare (come da foto) la pasta a forma di cuore, l'ho trovata semplicemente deliziosa. Raramente ho trovato una pasta simile, in cui il dolce era ben bilanciato con la composizione della frolla.
Complimenti e vi consiglio di passare a provare i dolci.

I have been wanting to go to Chivasso for some time and what better opportunity to detour before heading to Turin?
I had the opportunity to taste (as shown in the photo) the heart-shaped pasta, I found it simply delicious. I have rarely found such a pastry, in which the dessert was well balanced with the composition of the pastry.
Congratulations and I recommend you to go and try the desserts.
