Avevo questi chili di troppo che mi davano fastidio e poi mi portavano problemi alla schiena . Su consiglio di un operatore Shiatsu , Grinza Marzia , che non finirò mai di ringraziare , mi ha consigliato la Dottoressa Ida Guastafierro per risolvere il mio serio problema di sovrappeso .Non ci credo ancora ; dopo avere ricevuto il piano nutrizionale personale , ho perso la bellezza di 7 kg in 6 settimane ..... tutto sta ad essere bravi a regolarsi nel mangiare , e poi non hai attacchi di fame o giramenti di testa e grazie a questo trattamento la pressione sanguigna sta tornando a valori normali .Anche il mio medico di base si è accorto degli ottimi risultati e si complimenta . Ha inoltre preso con strumenti professionali misure, peso e distribuzione del grasso. A distanza di una settimana mi ha consegnato il diario alimentare, spiegandomi ogni fase cercando di adattarlo anche al mio lavoro e alle mie abitudini. A distanza di un mese è stata fatta una prima rivalutazione per il controllo del peso e soprattutto per capire se riuscivo a seguire la dieta alimentare.
