★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bel locale elegante, personale gentile. Appena entrati nessuno ci ha chiesto il greenpass e quando glielo abbiamo fatto notare volevano prendere lo scanner! Antipasto e ravioloni Verdi buoni, tris di funghi freddo e senza sale, tagliatelle con i funghi insipidi sembrava di mangiare pasta al burro scondita, i funghi nel piatto erano buoni, come se semplicemente fossero stati aggiunti a fine cottura. Servizio impeccabile.
Nice elegant place, nice staff. As soon as we entered, no one asked us for the greenpass and when we pointed it out they wanted to take the scanner! Good green appetizer and ravioli, trio of cold and unsalted mushrooms, tagliatelle with insipid mushrooms it was like eating pasta with unseasoned butter, the mushrooms on the plate were good, as if they had simply been added at the end of cooking. Impeccable service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ we were invited at this place for dinner and we didn't enjoyed the experience after all. rooms and restaurant decorations aren't perfect, staff members aren't fully trained and formally and to match with those standards we are used to. location isn't great.

1 hour and 20 min to get PASTA, and they forgot 1 of 5 ordered pastas. We waited for 1h20min and did not get even all we have ordered.
I had to feed my 3 years old baby with snacks taken from home, cause she was not able to wait even for pasta.
The ravioli was not cooked well. :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located in the center of the town of Casale Monferrato, this restaurant has been run by the same family for ages. The menu offers many dishes of the traditional cuisine from Piedmont, with a few modern twists. The star is of course anything with meat in it, since in Piedmont they have a world renowned breed of cattle, called Fassona: beef soft as butter! The atmosphere is warm and elegant, the service is courteous and spotless. The wine list is to die for!
