Sino ad oggi, tutti i miei ospiti sono sempre rimasti affascinati e soddisfatti. Una famiglia che lavora: complimenti. Le loro ricette sono custodite quasi con gelosia nei loro cuori e quindi questo porta a gustare il cibo che preparavano le nostre nonne infatti pochi chef riescono a farlo ancora oggi. Ottimi tutti i piatti mi raccomando da non perdere la braceria. Vini fruttuosi. Locale perfettamente pulito. Personale da 1 a 10? Io invece darei un 100 Qualità/prezzo? Non ci sono paragoni a dir poco ottimale. Locale se si può dire camaleontico si passa dal rustico all'eleganza in un batter di "piatti" La Terrazza Del Borgo is a magical place ... Their recipes are kept almost with jealousy in their hearts and therefore this leads to taste the food that our grandmothers prepared in fact few chefs are able to do it today. Excellent all the dishes I recommend not to miss the grill. Fruitful wines. Perfectly clean room. Staff 1 to 10? I would instead give a 100 Quality price? There is no comparison to say the least optimal. Local, if you can say chameleon-like, it goes from rustic to elegance in the twinkling of "dishes"

Cucina tipica pugliese con molti prodotti preparati in casa. Prezzi molto abbordabili, ottima scelta dei vini e delle birre. Non c'è menù alla carta ma ci si affida all' estro dello chef che serve prodotti e piatti freschi del giorno! I cibi erano davvero ottimi! Finiti gli antipasti io nn sono riuscita ad andare avanti né con la pizza né con carne o altro! =) ma sicuramente ci torneremo =) Great place for both lunch and dinner! We have been to dinner, the price is fixed and varies from 20 to 35 depending on whether you eat puddle or first courses and meat. There is no a la carte menu but we rely on the chef's inspiration that serves fresh products and dishes of the day! The foods were really good! Finished the appetizers I nn I managed to go on neither with pizza nor with meat or anything! =) but we will definitely be back =)
