M	Megan Watson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were greeted by the host, our waiter with prosecco to start off our dinner. The experience was delightful and he was kind and helpful as we ordered. The lamb shank was amazing and my family enjoyed the octopus, steak and salmon very very much. It was nice to be on a quiet street after a busy day in the city.

I	Iulius Stirban on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came across this restaurant by chance and it turned out to be the best culinary experience I had in my 7 days trip to Rome. The food is of top-notch quality while the prices are in the mid-range category. I had the beef steak in truffles sauce and it was among the best stakes I've ever eaten. My brother had salmon steak and he said it was the best salmon he's ever had. Then there were the waiters, which were very professional and attentive. One of them, dressed in a very elegant suit catches the eye. The place also has an assorted wine menu, and I was surprised to find some bottles at impressively low prices. The inside might seem short of space but it's very cosy and intimate. Although I dined indoors, I think I would recommend staying outside: the narrow street is quiet and flanked by old buildings, certainly a fine retreat in the hot summer days. Thumbs up!
U	Ulrike Schnell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went back three times back here because the food was amazing. We instantly regretted whenever we tried another place. Best food we had in Rome by far. And a big plus was the great and kind service. A great change to all the touristic places in the centre. Is a bit hidden, but in a cozy street to enjoy your food (and wine) in peace. On the third day we came back with a friend who is vegan and the chef created very tasty vegan alternatives. Huge recommendation to visit La Tavernetta 48! We will definitely come back next time we are in Rome.

K	Kendra Zapata on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made a dinner reservation for this restaurant on the Fork. Upon arrival we waited another 10 minutes to be seated. We were seated inside with about 4 other tables. I think there was 1 server for the entire restaurant so service was relatively slow. I ordered the Rigatoni Alla Gricia. The sauce was creamy and rich, very filling. I can’t remember what pasta my boyfriend got. For his Second Piatti he got the Megdalione di Manzo con Crema Al Tartufo, Marscapone e Tarfuto Fresco and I ordered the Coarser. He enjoyed the steak very much as he didn’t even offer me a bite, so it must have been good. The Caprese was a little underwhelming, I thought they’re be more sauce or flavorful. I knocked off one star only bc it was slow service, of all restaurants we went to in Rome on our week long trip, this was the slowest. We enjoyed the food so don’t let the slow service deter you from trying this place. Thanks!
