Fa tutto da sola (a parte cucinare...credo) ed è veloce ed efficiente. Ci andiamo ogni volta che siamo in zona. Great food. Price more than fair. Nice and welcoming place. The lady who serves us at the table is very good. She does everything herself (aside from cooking ... I think) and is fast and efficient. We go there every time we are in the area.

Prenotatati per le 13.30, siamo riusciti ad accomodarci alle 13.40; la comanda è stata presa dopo 3 solleciti alle 14.15, il pane è arrivato dopo 10 minuti, i tortini caldi di antipasto dopo altri 20 minuti, alle 14.45, il tagliere di salumi e formaggi alle 15.00; tre delle quattro portate dopo altri 25 minuti; al dolce mi si è scaricato l'orologio ! Abbiamo visto tanta improvvisazione negli addetti al servizio, un vero peccato perché la trattoria meriterebbe qualcosa di meglio, non ci ritorneremo We had lunch on Sunday 10 April, on the occasion of the Fair; the correct price and good quality of food but the service is outrageously slow. Booked for 1.30pm, we were able to sit down at 1.40pm; the order was taken after 3 reminders at 2.15 pm, the bread arrived after 10 minutes, the warm appetizer pies after another 20 minutes, at 2.45 pm, the platter of cold cuts and cheeses at 3.00 pm; three of the four courses after another 25 minutes; my watch ran out of dessert! We saw a lot of improvisation in the service staff, a real shame because the restaurant deserves something better, we will not return
L	L. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Caratteristica taverna in una stradina nel centro di Sarsina. Abbiamo scelto di cenare all'aperto sulla terazza, atmosfera molto coinvolgente. Porzioni molto abbondanti, il tagliere aveva grande varietà e qualità dei prodotti locali proposti. I primi gustosi, il condimento anche fin troppo saporito tra guanciale e pecorino stagionato ma a chi piace un esplosione di sapori garantito. Per non parlare del tortino con fonduta di formaggio, sublime, golosissimo. Ma il tocco d'élite è il tartufo, sempre a chi piace, viene utilizzato in molti piatti e in quantità abbondante, sprigiona un odore e un sapore eccezionale. Il fritto di zucchine e fiori di zucca asciuttissimo, i fiori un po pesantini ma le zucchine a fiammifero una tirava l'altra. Piccolo punto a sfavore il servizio, una sola cameriera per tutti i tavoli non è sufficiente, si assentava anche per fare le bevande e cassa, di conseguenza era poco presente per i clienti e il servizio si dilungava tra una portata e l'altra. I prezzi per la qualità e quantità offerta sono alla portata di tutti. Consigliato!! Characteristic tavern in a small street in the center of Sarsina. We chose to dine outdoors on the terrace, a very engaging atmosphere. Very generous portions, the platter had great variety and quality of the local products offered. The first tasty, the condiment even too tasty between bacon and aged pecorino but for those who like a guaranteed explosion of flavors. Not to mention the pie with cheese fondue, sublime, very greedy. But the elite touch is the truffle, always for those who like it, it is used in many dishes and in abundant quantities, it releases an exceptional smell and flavor. The fried zucchini and very dry zucchini flowers, the flowers a bit heavy but the matchstick zucchini led one to another. A small minus point is the service, one waitress for all the tables is not enough, she was also absent to make drinks and cash, consequently she was not very present for customers and the service was delayed between one course and another. The prices for the quality and quantity offered are within everyone's reach. Recommended!!

L'unica reale pecca rilevabile è nei tempi di attesa, un po' lunghi, data la conduzione familiare. Sicuramente lo consiglio per un pranzo o una cena in relax con gli amici o in famiglia. A beautiful proposal of dishes, abundant in doses and with an excellent quality / price ratio. Perfect for porcini and truffle lovers. The only real flaw is in the waiting times, a bit long, given the family management. Definitely recommend it for a relaxing lunch or dinner with friends or family.

Porzioni abbondanti e pietanze veramente buone. Prezzi in linea con la qualità proposta. Small restaurant in the center of Sarsina a few steps from the church of San Vicinio. Cuisine with traditional dishes. Generous portions and really good dishes. Prices in line with the proposed quality.

Piatti ottimi, abbondanti, anche troppo forse, per quanto ci riguarda, ma gustosi, saporiti dove il prodotto che sia fungo o cinghiale fa da padrona. Ogni gusto, ogni sapore nn viene nascosto, anzi è esaltato e qst ti porta a voler scoppiare per finire il piatto. I nostri complimenti allo chef e allo staff. Sicuramente ci torneremo Intimate, pleasant, warm environment .. Kind and affable landlady, accompanied by a nice and very easygoing waitress. Excellent dishes, abundant, perhaps even too much, as far as we are concerned, but tasty, tasty where the product that is mushroom or wild boar is the master.
