★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tornati da una serata a cena in questo magnifico posto… che dire… propritario e staff veramente alla mano, attenti e scrupolosi, carne degustazione ottima e birra in abbinamento con la carne… top!!! Preso 2 biscottini twix come dolcetto e gran finale liquore alla canapa fatto da loro…. Prezzo onesto, cibo ripeto… qualità ottima…. Torneremo??
 Back from an evening at dinner in this magnificent place ... what to say ... owner and staff really friendly, attentive and scrupulous, excellent tasting meat and beer paired with meat ... top !!! I took 2 twix biscuits as a sweet and a grand finale hemp liqueur made by them…. Honest price, food I repeat… excellent quality…. We will come back??

Cucina spettacolare, menù ricco e personale unico nel proprio genere. Do 5 stelle perché di più non ne posso mettere...Se siete amanti della carne dovete abbandonare tutti gli altri ristoranti e provare questo...Non tornerete MAI più indietro, ma in realtà ottima tutta la cucina a 360 gradi. Unica pecca il gestore (Danilo) tipo poco simpatico e molesto...OVVIAMENTE SCHERZO, lui è il tocco di classe al locale.

A fixed stop for two years now ... Whenever I'm in Ancona, the Taverna del Monaco is the best choice for eating. Spectacular cuisine, rich menu and one-of-a-kind staff. I give 5 stars because I can't put more ... If you are a meat lover you have to abandon all the other restaurants and try this one ... You will NEVER go back, but in reality all the cuisine is excellent at 360 degrees. The only flaw is the manager (Danilo) who is not very nice and annoying ... OBVIOUSLY JOKE, he is the touch of class at the place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uno dei miei ristoranti di carne preferiti, il proprietario gentilissimo e si vede che fa davvero il suo lavoro con passione.
I menu sono fissi e super abbondanti, in genere prendo quello da 1kg di carne per 2 persone che include vino acqua contorni ecc ecc il costo del menu è fisso.
Ora hanno aggiunto anche il menu con i primi.

One of my favorite meat restaurants, the owner is very kind and it shows that he really does his job with passion.
The menus are fixed and super abundant, usually I take the 1kg meat one for 2 people which includes wine, water, side dishes, etc. etc. The cost of the menu is fixed.
Now they have also added the menu with the starters.
I recommend it without a doubt

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EN: I had dinner here with my sisters in December. It was my first time as I have been living in London for the past 5 years and I have been around Europe a lot.
I don't like this place, I LOVE IT!!!
If you are visiting Ancona you MUST go here and have lunch or dinner.
Location: The restaurant is easily accessible, it's easy to get to and there is a lot of parking space.
Staff: The staff are very friendly, polite and kind. I love the atmosphere, you feel very much at home and you will definitely have a good time. Good vibes and amazing food.
Food and drinks: the best of the best. I personally do not eat meat and I am coeliac so I can only eat gluten-free food. I booked a table the day before and the staff were so kind to accommodate my dietary requirements without hesitation (see pictures). My sisters ate the meat selection menu. They even give you a hot tray, that allows you to cook your meat further. When it gets cold, they replace it for you. You can definitely tell that everything is homemade and the produce is definitely top quality.
Great selection of local wines and artisan beers. The restaurant makes his own spirits and shots - I would recommend trying the hemp shots.
I would recommend booking in advance or at least giving them a call before you get there. The restaurant is very popular, this is a testament to all the great things I have talked about before and more.
My sisters and I had a great time! I would definitely recommend it to friends and family.
If you want to have a good time and eat fantastic food, you must visit La Taverna del Monaco.
