★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alla mia richiesta di preventivo hanno risposto con un po' di ritardo ma, con grande professionalità, si sono scusati dell'inconveniente, anche telefonicamente, e mi hanno proposto soluzioni tutte confacenti alle mie esigenze. Dimostrazione di attenzione al cliente anche in periodi di assoluto delirio vacanziero ( il periodo richiesto era a cavallo di ferragosto e la richiesta l'ho inoltrata la settimana precedente). Un'agenzia che si definisce di viaggi di vede soprattutto sotto pressione. Immagino cosa possa offrire con un " po'" di preavviso in più.
Da tenere in rubrica.
They answered my request for a quote with a little delay but, with great professionalism, they apologized for the inconvenience, even by telephone, and they proposed solutions all suited to my needs. Demonstration of attention to the customer even in periods of absolute holiday delirium (the requested period was around August 15th and I forwarded the request the previous week). An agency that defines itself as a travel agency is mainly under pressure. I guess what it can offer with a "little" extra notice.
