Ci siamo resi conto poi non solo della squisitezza di questi quanto anche quella del vino consigliatoci dal proprietario ed inoltre dalla gentilezza e la simpatia con cui siamo stati attesi e sorpresi piacevolmente poi dal conto che ha chiuso la nostra serata in modo gradevolissimo e perfetto. Giá conquistati! Grazie per la bellissima esperienza :) We had gone for the beauty of their cutting boards and a glass of wine. We then realized not only the delicacy of these but also that of the wine recommended to us by the owner and also by the kindness and sympathy with which we were expected and pleasantly surprised by the account that closed our evening in a very pleasant and perfect way. Already conquered! Thanks for the great experience :)

Io non sono un esperto ma adoro bere bene, devo dire che ho trovato etichette particolari, niente di commerciale. Ottimo il tagliere ricco e vario,con prodotti di qualità e sempre diversi. Ho acquistato una grappa con rosa canina, con i boccioli dentro devo dire molto particolare, anche degli zuccherini all'assenzio, in una confezione regalo molto carina. Insomma che vogliate fare un apertivo, che vogliate bene bene e mangiare qualcosa o che dobbiate fare un regalo vi consiglio la tana del gufo! Libera vi accoglierà con la sua simpatia e la sua professionalità, Peppe vi farà viaggiare nel pianeta vino! Bravi What a climate in this den !!! A family atmosphere, warmth and excellent wines. I am not an expert but I love to drink well, I must say that I have found particular labels, nothing commercial. The rich and varied cutting board is excellent, with quality products that are always different. I bought a grappa with rose hips, with the buds inside I must say very special, even some absinthe sugars, in a very nice gift box. In short, whether you want to have an aperitif, you love well and eat something or you need to make a gift, I recommend the owl's den! Libera will welcome you with her friendliness and professionalism, Peppe will make you travel to the wine planet! Well done

Inoltre il locale è bello, caldo e accogliente. 2 ore di puro godimento.... Top Number One Peppe, the owner delighted me 2 times: I drank a fantastic wine, VALPOLICELLA RIPASSO accompanied by a cutting board that is truly to be defined "gourmet", with the special guest "Burrata from Puglia". We had a gourmet experience with beautiful food and truly enjoyed every bite paired with a fantastic wine. Absolutely recommend for people who enjoy food and wine!
