Siamo nel 2021 non nel medioevo e queste dell’agenzia non ci hanno dato i biglietti in digitale ( e quindi abbiamo fatto code a Dubai di due ore per arrivare a sentirci dire che i biglietti non valevano) non c’era nemmeno un codice sul libricino lasciatoci dall’agenzia. Quando dovevamo partire da Dubai per andare alle Maldive non ci sono venuti a prendere e abbiamo rischiato di perdere il volo. Alle Maldive ( dove loro sostengono di poter andare tutto l’anno ) abbiamo trovato i cicloni tropicali rimanendo chiusi in camera 3 giorni di fila. Per non parlare di tutte le cose pagate che non abbiamo potuto ottenere: cena sulla sabbia, colazione sulla piscina; tutte cose alle quali abbiamo dovuto rinunciare per via del mal tempo perché alle Maldive non si va sempre come dicono loro…ora viene la ciliegina sulla torta…nel nostro atollo c’era un ristorante sottomarino, io mi ero raccomandata con la proprietaria dell’agenzia di avere un tavolo sotto l’acquario visto che il ristorante ha solo 5 tavoli sotto l’acquario e 4 invece hanno solo il vetro frontale. Detto questo anziché avere un certo trattamento che mi avevano assicurato, ho avuto il tavolo più lontano, più buio e ci siamo rovinati la cena…eh potrei dire ancora altro…ma la chiudo dicendo…pessima agenzia. Journey to forget. We are in 2021 not in the Middle Ages and these agencies did not give us digital tickets (and therefore we queued in Dubai for two hours to get to be told that the tickets were not valid) there was not even a code on the booklet left us by the agency. When we had to leave Dubai to go to the Maldives they didn't pick us up and we risked missing our flight. In the Maldives (where they claim they can go all year) we found tropical cyclones remaining closed in the room 3 days in a row. Not to mention all the paid things we couldn't get: dinner on the sand, breakfast by the pool; all things we had to give up due to bad weather because in the Maldives you don't always go as they say ... now the icing on the cake comes ... in our atoll there was an underwater restaurant, I had recommended myself to the owner of the agency to have a table under the aquarium since the restaurant has only 5 tables under the aquarium and 4 instead have only the front glass. Having said that instead of having a certain treatment that they had assured me, I had the farthest, darkest table and we ruined our dinner… eh I could say more… but I'll close it by saying… bad agency.
