Lo spogliatoio era un buco per topi,la sauna non era compresa nel pacchetto (è la prima volta che vedo una cosa simile), l'acqua dell'idromassaggio era talmente fredda che siamo rimaste in piedi tutto il tempo, non abbiamo bagnato neanche il costume!! Infine nella zona "relax" non ci hanno nemmeno dato un piccola tisana. Insomma abbiamo solo usufruito del bagno turco.. lo sconsiglio a tutti. The worst route I've ever done. The locker room was a rat hole, the sauna was not included in the package (this is the first time I've seen such a thing), the water in the whirlpool was so cold that we stood up all the time, we didn't even wet the costume!! Finally, in the "relaxation" area we were not even given a small herbal tea. In short, we only used the turkish bath .. I do not recommend it to everyone.

Receptionist factotum indisponente al telefono. Massaggiatrice gentile ma trattamento nella norma al di sotto delle aspettative. Spogliatoi microscopici e se ti docci ti allaghi. Insomma rapporto qualità prezzo pari a zero. Sold a full service but use more. There is no charge for the kit x the route as it is included in other facilities. Receptionist stuffy factotum on the phone. Kind masseuse but treatment in the norm below expectations. Microscopic locker rooms and if you shower you get in the way. In short, value for money equal to zero.
D	Domenico Lorusso on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo aspettato un po' prima di scrivere questa recensione ahimè negativa,giusto per far smaltire un po' di rabbia e delusione.Delusione perché ci aspettavamo una struttura più bella(visto le foto sul sito) .Rabbia xche' nel pacchetto acquistato (il più completo) sono state eliminate tante cose dicono loro x il Covid ,ciabattine e accappatoio e tanti altri trattamenti !Abbiamo fatto solamente: sauna,vasca idromassaggio con acqua fredda,massaggio su un lettino che traballava tutto! Allora capisco la situazione però non potete far pagare di più x un servizio incompleto, a questo punto diminuite anche i prezzi. Di certo noi i soldi non li troviamo a terra,ma c'è li sudiamo con tanti sacrifici!In conclusione abbiamo passato un weekend da dimenticare! We waited a bit before writing this unfortunately negative review, just to dispel some anger and disappointment. Disappointment because we were expecting a more beautiful structure (seen the photos on the site). Anger because in the package purchased (the most complete) many things they say about Covid have been eliminated, slippers and bathrobe and many other treatments! We only did: sauna, hot tub with cold water, massage on a bed that wobbled everything! Then I understand the situation but you cannot charge more for an incomplete service, at this point you also decrease the prices. Certainly we do not find the money on the ground, but there we sweat it with many sacrifices! In conclusion, we spent a weekend to forget!
a	angela dicataldo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto che non consiglieri....soffitto che tra un po crollata un pezzo,bagno in soffitto c era una grossa ragnatela,staff che metteva ansia tra un po mi cacciava dalla struttura ,non è stato assolutamente rilassante anzi tutto veloce perché andavano di fretta che se ne dovevano andare....poi non ci hanno spiegato che potevamo uscire per andare a fare la sauna,posto ribadisco orrendo, non consiglio....brutta esperienza Unless I advise .... ceiling that in a while collapsed a piece, bathroom on the ceiling there was a big cobweb, staff that put anxiety in a while kicked me out of the structure, it was absolutely not relaxing indeed everything fast because they were in a hurry that they had to go .... then they didn't explain to us that we could go out to go to the sauna, place I repeat horrible, I don't recommend .... bad experience

Organizzato tutto nel dettaglio Abbiamo scelto l’opzione Ritual I benefici del percorso sono evidenti fin da subito però il giorno dopo ancora di più Grazie Torneremo prestissimo We spent our Valentine's Day ❤️ Lovely place, very kind staff. Everything is organized in detail We chose the Ritual option The benefits of the course are evident immediately, but the day after even more Thank you We will be back very soon

Spogliatoi minuscoli e trasandati, non vi è data neppure la possibilità di docciarsi vista l’assenza di qualsiasi detergente. Penso sia incredibile anche che sia il cliente a dover portare accappatoio, infradito e telo. (e il covid non c’entra nulla in tutto ciò) Il percorso Spa consiste in bagno turco, sauna (davvero piccola) e un idromassaggio che si rivela in realtà una tortura a causa dell’acqua ghiacciata! L’unica parte più carina è stata la zona relax nella quale vengono offerte tisane e biscottini... Sarebbe stato bello se il posto fosse stato come le foto su instagram e sul sito Service far below expectations. Tiny and unkempt changing rooms, you are not even given the opportunity to shower due to the absence of any detergent. I also think it's incredible that the customer has to bring a bathrobe, flip-flops and towel. (and covid has nothing to do with this) The Spa path consists of a Turkish bath, a sauna (very small) and a whirlpool that actually turns out to be torture due to the icy water! The only nicer part was the relaxation area where herbal teas and biscuits are offered ... It would have been nice if the place was like the photos on instagram and site

Massage rooms are warm, comfortable, have a shower if required, all the girls were friendly and helpful and my 90 minute massage with Erika was amazing, very professional and relaxing. Herbal tea afterwards was nice and the whole experience wasn't rushed at all. Highly recommend.
