Mia Madre ha fatto il primo acquisto... una volta tornata a casa si era resa conto che c'era qualcosa che non andava con la carne, l'odore e il colore erano i più evidenti. Ovviamente è tornata subito indietro è il proprietario ha detto che essendo carne di allevamento era diversa dalle altre, ma siccome i miei nonni avevano un allevamento mia madre non gli ha creduto e se l'è fatta cambiare. Il secondo acquisto l'ho fatto io personalmente... stesso risultato, la carne aveva un odore e colore strano, ma ho voluto credere in quel che diceva il proprietario ma purtroppo una volta cotta le cose erano anche peggio rispetto a prima. Vi sconsiglio vivamente di andare da lui perchè posso capire se un lotto di carne è andato male e purtroppo non c'è ne si rende conto ma i due acquisti sono stati fatti a distanza di mesi.. il che mi fa venire dei dubbi sulla correttezza del proprietario nel vendere la sua merce...
Being the neighborhood "Butcher" we wanted to try it. My mother made the first purchase ... once back home she realized that there was something wrong with the meat, the smell and the color were the most evident. Obviously she came back immediately and the owner said that being farmed meat it was different from the others, but since my grandparents had a farm my mother did not believe him and had it changed. The second purchase I made it myself ... same result, the meat had a strange smell and color, but I wanted to believe in what the owner said but unfortunately once cooked things were even worse than before. I strongly advise you not to go to him because I can understand if a batch of meat has gone bad and unfortunately no one realizes it but the two purchases were made after months .. which makes me doubt the correctness of the owner in selling his wares ...
