L'impasto appena preso dalla scatola era ormai scoppiato, forno troppo freddo con una cottura di oltre 3 minuti (non deve superare i 90 secondi) Nessuna alveolatura nel cornicione e troppo sale. Non male come gusto ma da sistemare tutto il resto.
Mediocre pizza, absolutely not Neapolitan. The dough just taken from the box was now burst, oven too cold with a cooking time of over 3 minutes (it should not exceed 90 seconds) No opening in the cornice and too much salt. Not a bad taste but to fix everything else.
