★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiesi anche a loro una carrucola di ricambio (introvabile!) x la mia tenda del terrazzo. Lasciai con poche speranze il mio recapito. La trovarono! Fui chiamato più volte, andai a ritirarla... e mi fu regalata! Giustificandosi dicendo che "era un pezzo di recupero..." Non finirò mai di ringraziarli. Grande professionalità.

I also asked them for a spare pulley (nowhere to be found!) For my terrace awning. I left my address with little hope. They found it! I was called several times, I went to collect it ... and it was given to me! Justifying himself by saying that "it was a piece of recovery ..." I will never stop thanking them. Great professionalism.
