★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo affare fatto con loro. Ci hanno nascosto, anche davanti al notaio in fase di compromesso, problemi nell'appartamento e nei rapporti con il condominio.
Bad deal done with them. They have hidden, even in front of the notary during the compromise phase, problems in the apartment and in the relationships with the condominium.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevano in carico una casa senza esclusiva; il proprietario ha venduto l'immobile per conto suo; io lo sospettavo perché ho chiesto info in giro; alla fine, dopo numerosi incontri e perdite di tempo, mi liquidano con un messaggio Whatsapp dicendo che la casa era stata venduta. Ho ragione io che è meglio vendere privatamente?
They were in charge of a house without exclusivity; the owner sold the property on his own; I suspected it because I asked for information around; in the end, after numerous meetings and wasted time, they dismiss me with a Whatsapp message saying that the house had been sold. Am I right that it is better to sell privately?

Oltre alla commissione di 2000€ più iva, pretendevano di avere come caparra un assegno di 5000€ da tenere in agenzia come garanzia. Quel cantiere è fermo da almeno due anni. Sconsiglio vivamente questa agenzia. Nascondono le reali condizioni della trattativa.
We had seen on Casa.it an announcement of a two-room apartment to be restored. In addition to the commission of € 2000 plus VAT, they claimed to have a check of € 5000 as a deposit to be kept in the agency as a guarantee. That yard has been shut down for at least two years. I strongly advise against this agency. They hide the real conditions of the negotiation.
