Società per nulla professionale e trasparente.
Dopo aver preso accordi telefonici in cui mi è stato offerto dall'interlocutrice un contratto con possibilità di recesso dopo un anno;
al momento della firma, mi viene presentato un contratto totalmente diverso che prevede un vincolo nettamente superiore (quattro anni) e non prevede possibilità di recesso, se non per gravi motivi di salute o economici.
Il tutto si svolgeva in un clima di leggerezza e totale disorganizzazione dimostrate dall'azienda.
Alla mia richiesta di spiegazioni mi è stato risposto da un'operatrice che "non serve fossilizzarsi su CAVILLI", e poi una socia che si occupa della stipulazione di contratti ha invece citato, dimostrando grande mancanza di rispetto, enorme ineducazione e poca professionalità, una frase "da film" del tipo: "prendere o lasciare, questo è il mercato", con tanto di risatine di scherno.
Sul sito è riportato che "lo spirito della Cooperativa, cresciuta nell'alveo della tradizione cattolica, è di offrire agli studenti un servizio in linea con gli standard di mercato immobiliare"
A me sembra che lo spirito sia invece quello di GUADAGNARE a scapito degli studenti, "valore" ben lontano da quelli Cattolici.
BAD EXPERIENCE!
Company that is not professional and transparent at all.
After making telephone arrangements in which the interlocutor offered me a contract with the possibility of withdrawal after one year;
at the time of signing, I am presented with a totally different contract that provides for a much higher constraint (four years) and does not provide for the possibility of withdrawal, except for serious health or economic reasons.
Everything took place in an atmosphere of lightness and total disorganization demonstrated by the company.
At my request for explanations I was answered by an operator that "it is not necessary to fossilize on CAVILLI", and then a partner who deals with the stipulation of contracts instead mentioned, demonstrating great disrespect, enormous ineducation and lack of professionalism, a "movie" phrase such as: "take it or leave it, this is the market", complete with mocking giggles.
On the website it is reported that "the spirit of the Cooperative, which has grown up in the bed of the Catholic tradition, is to offer students a service in line with real estate market standards"
It seems to me that the spirit is instead to EARN at the expense of the students, a "value" far from the Catholic ones.
