Mi supplicavano di metterli a letto ma io non potevo chiamavo e loro mi rispondevano che dovevano aspettare il cambio del personale . Questi poveri vecchietti che piangevano e supplicavano . Una vergogna Bad experience for my mom. Rude and zero assistance. They begged me to put them to bed but I couldn't call and they told me they had to wait for the change of personnel. These poor old men who were crying and begging. A shame

Personale che definire aggressivo e maleducato é un eufemismo. Questa é diventata la sanità italiana ormai da troppi anni, pregare il signore di non averne bisogno. A truly infamous place. Ho chiesto all'RSA se era x il virus e mi hanno risposto quale virus!!!! Aunt hospitalized in the Venetio, who died in June in rather strange circumstances. Downloaded at p.s. at 19 and died at 20, with respiratory crisis and 39 of fever. !!!! I asked the RSA if it was x the virus and they told me which virus !!!!

Ieri sono stati a trovarla finalmente ed era irriconoscibile. E sicuramente la loro totale indifferenza non l’ha aiutata. My grandmother has been hospitalized there for years, since they blocked the entrance to the public because of the lock down, three months have passed, we saw her via video call recognizing us once out of two. Yesterday they finally found her and she was unrecognizable. And surely their total indifference did not help her.

Mai suocera il giorno delle dimissioni è stata praticamente sfrattata dal letto al mattino, per essere mandata a casa in tardo pomeriggio, ha passato tantissime ore in sedia a rotelle, con "gran gioia" della piaga da decubito venutale proprio durante RSA. Non tutto il personale è professionale/educato/gentile. Non lo consiglierei a nessuno! RSA Venerio, bad services to the person, physiotherapy for almost non-existent rehabilitation, change cloth neither nor speak. Ricoverato paziente 90enne con demenza senile, assistenza medica ed infermieristica puntuale e professionale, pulizia locali e sulla persona accurata, cibo di ottima varieta' e qualita', varie attivita' predisposte con la chicca del "pranzo parenti" mensile dove pare di trovarsi ad una festa in un bel ristorante. Personale attento e gioviale, pur nella situazione contingente. Una struttura pubblica di assoluta eccellenza per quanto concerne l'esperienza della nostra famiglia! L'autorizzazione era in copia e per questo un ragazzino all'ingresso non mi ha permesso di andare a trovare mia nonna che stava a 50 m di distanza (al triage non detengono elenco delle autorizzazioni che loro stessi rilasciano) Mi ero fatto un'ora di auto per trovarla.
