★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al primo incontro ebbi un ottima impressione di serietà e professionalità. Purtroppo peró mi sono dovuto ricredere. Si, perchè la serietà di un'azienda la si scopre nel momento del bisogno, quando emergono i problemi. Lavorare comporta anche sbagliare, fare qualche errore. Lavorare bene comporta saper rimediare agli errori fatti e non abbandonre i clienti. Purtroppo io non ho ricevuto questo tipo di servizio. L'impresa che ha fatto casa mia si è rivolta a loro per i materiali, li ha fatti posare ad altri operai. Il risultato è una scala tutta macchiata. Chiamati a dare un giudizio si sono limitati a dire che (dopo 1 anno dalla costruzione) quelle macchie erano di umidità che doveva asciugarsi. Col tempo sarebbero sparite. A distanza di 2 anni le macchie sono ancora li tali e quali, esattamente come sospettavamo.
A mio avviso sarebbero stati più corretti a riconoscere il difetto dovuto alla posa, fin da subito, ma per non dar contro all'impresa che gli avrebbe potuto portare altri clienti, hanno dato la colpa ai "fantasmi": all'unidità.
Per me questa non è serietà, per cui ho dato un giudizio negativo e sconsiglierei ad ogni mio amico di rivolgersi a loro.
At the first meeting I had a very good impression of seriousness and professionalism. Unfortunately, however, I had to change my mind. Yes, because the seriousness of a company is discovered in times of need, when problems arise. Working also involves making mistakes, making some mistakes. Working well means knowing how to remedy the mistakes made and not abandoning customers. Unfortunately I have not received this type of service. The company that made my house turned to them for the materials, and had them installed by other workers. The result is a stained staircase. Called to give an opinion they limited themselves to saying that (after 1 year from construction) those stains were of humidity that had to dry. In time they would disappear. After 2 years, the spots are still there as they are, exactly as we suspected.
In my opinion, they would have been more correct to recognize the defect due to the installation, right away, but in order not to blame the company that could have brought other customers to them, they blamed the "ghosts": humidity.
For me this is not serious, so I gave a negative opinion and I would advise against any of my friends to turn to them.
