โ โ โ โ โ Just the ordinary place to have a Quick lunch. Typical italian style - very basic and easy. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Great mussels! We didn't try a Pizza, but it was looking good. Just increadible focaccia they bring complimentary to Your dishes - so tasty! Risotto alla pescatora was good - nothing special just good, but spagetti carbonara fully disappointing! Overcoocked, carbonara sause was not tasty at all! Big one minus for this dish. Despite of that - recommended!

โ โ โ โ โ We spent three nights in Genoa for a leisure break. Although there was an abundance of restaurants in our area, mainly pizzerias; we enjoyed our experience at La Piedigrotta the first night so much, that we dined there on the following two evenings also.
There was nothing to be faulted, except the minor inconvenience of not having regular lime soda to drink. But this is more of a regional issue, nothing attributable to the restaurant itself.
We are an English/German couple with zero knowledge of the Italian language, but there were no failures in communication. We were even provided with an English menu. Our large dog was welcomed too, but noticed that a lot of establishments in the area prohibited the entry of dogs.
The food is very delicious and plentiful and extremely good value for money. Service was fast and attentive. Pleasant atmosphere, friendly staff. Definitely worth a visit if in this area of Genoa.

โ โ โ โ โ I ordered some see food, clam taste very good and is not expensive, roast fish a little bit sour but not too bad. My friend ordered see food spaghetti, he told me that was perfect, 20Euro per person. The restaurant is full of natives, I like the environment.
Gut&gรผnstig nicht so teuer, 20Euro pro Person.
Da gibt frische Meeresfrรผchte, und gute Pizza.
