★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi 3 settembre alle ore 1800 mi sono presentato alla reception per chiedere se era possibile effettuare un bun cambio gomme. Entrambe le addette presenti erano già impegnate con dei clienti. La più giovane mi ha chiesto di pazientare un minuto e ha continuato a descrivere tutta la tipologia e le caratteristiche delle gomme, ad una signora che evidentemente aveva il problema di cambiarle, ma non aveva ne competenze ne un gran voglia di spendere tanto. E senza soluzione di continuità l'impiegata si prodigava nella spiegazione e nel mostrare le caratteristiche dei pneumatici in esposizione. In definitiva il minuto e' diventato mezz'ora e questo incontro non sembrava volesse concludersi. Fatto sta' che, nel frattempo l'altra impiegata dopo aver concluso con il suo cliente, mi chiede di cosa avessi bisogno. Le manifesto la mia necessità e lei mi risponde che l'officina aveva chiuso da 5 minuti. Rammaricandosi e scusandosi per non essere riuscito a risolvere per tempo la mia esigenza. Alla luce di questo episodio, considero poco professionale l'atteggiamento della prima impiegata che mi ha fatto credere di potermi assistere da li a breve. Dalla vetrata ho notato tra l'altro che l'operaio in officina non era impegnato, per cui sarebbe stato più logico e ragionevole interrompere per un minuto con la cliente sprovveduta e indecisa, e dare impulso all'intervento sulla mia auto. Ritengo in definitiva che questo comportamento sia da considerarsi poco professionale.
 Today 3 September at 1800 I went to the reception to ask if it was possible to change tires. Both of the attendants present were already busy with customers. The youngest asked me to wait a minute and continued to describe all the type and characteristics of the tires, to a lady who obviously had the problem of changing them, but had neither skills nor a great desire to spend a lot. And without interruption, the employee did his utmost to explain and show the characteristics of the tires on display. Ultimately the minute became half an hour and this meeting did not seem to want to end. The fact is that, in the meantime, the other employee, after concluding with her client, asks me what I need. I manifest my need to her and she replies that the workshop had closed for 5 minutes. Regreting and apologizing for not being able to solve my need in time. In light of this episode, I consider the attitude of the first employee unprofessional, who made me believe she could assist me shortly thereafter. From the window I noticed, among other things, that the worker in the workshop was not busy, so it would have been more logical and reasonable to interrupt for a minute with the unwary and indecisive customer, and give impetus to the intervention on my car. Ultimately I believe that this behavior is to be considered unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato qualche giorno fa per 4 pneumatici nuovi, ho trovato all'accettazione due addette di una gentilezza e disponibilità ottima. Sopratutto con la difficoltà a comunicare e a capirsi bene, a causa di assurdi obblighi - ancora dopo due anni - tra mascherine e plexyglass imposti dal governicchio e dal gangster Speranza, ma pazienza e disponibilità estrema delle addette che rappresentano i due angeli di quel posto. L'attesa per l'installazione gomme è stata un po' lunga ma ho visto degli addetti al cambio gomme molto impegnati, preparati e lavoratori instancabili. Lavorano duramente per servire al meglio i clienti che sono tanti. Le gomme sono di ottima fattura sicché rigenerati, ma veramente convenienti e soddisfacenti. Ve lo consiglio perché si trovano ottime occasioni a prezzi imbattibili. Mando un saluto allo staff e i miei migliori auguri di buon anno 2022.
I went a few days ago for 4 new tires, I found at the reception two employees of excellent kindness and availability. Above all with the difficulty in communicating and understanding each other well, due to absurd obligations - still after two years - between masks and plexiglass imposed by the governor and the gangster Speranza, but patience and extreme availability of the employees who represent the two angels of that place. The wait for the tire installation was a bit long but I saw some very busy, prepared and tireless workers to change the tires. They work hard to better serve the customers who are many. The tires are of excellent workmanship so that they are regenerated, but really affordable and satisfying. I recommend it because there are excellent bargains at unbeatable prices. I send greetings to the staff and my best wishes for a happy new year 2022.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed a motorcycle tire during holiday in Italy. La Picena Pneumatici was able to organize the tire within 4 hours. As my italian is poor I got help in english and the service was very good. Quick tire change, question about individual air pressure setting, a coffee and very nice tips to continue my motorcycle trip through Italy. I can recommend this company to everybody.
