Operai e titolare non hanno il benché minimo RISPETTO PER I SACRIFICI che fanno le persone per i propri appartamenti. Rovinano e non risarciscono,e se lo fanno ci vuole la mano di Dio! Chiedono video e foto come testimonianza!!!!!!! Noi avevamo casa nuova di pacca e adesso non rientrano neanche le placche delle luci. Giardino pieno di calcinacci, macchie di umidità che prima non esistevano,macchie di calce o non so cosa su tutti i balconi che non tornano come prima e poi tanti altri casini che non sto qui a narrare. TANTA MALEDUCAZIONE E IRRIVERENZA DA PARTE DI TUTTI. il titolare urla e sbraita invece di fare mea culpa. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR. CHOOSE OTHER COMPANIES. DO IT FOR YOUR HEALTH. forget it! Workers and owner do not have the slightest RESPECT FOR THE SACRIFICES that people make for their apartments. They ruin and do not compensate, and if they do it takes the hand of God! They ask for videos and photos as testimony !!!!!!! We had a brand new house and now the light plates don't even fit. Garden full of rubble, stains of humidity that did not exist before, lime stains or I don't know what on all the balconies that do not return as before and then many other messes that I am not here to tell. SO MUCH RUDE AND IRRIVERENCE FROM EVERYONE. the owner yells and yells instead of making mea culpa.

Alcuni lavori non eseguiti a regola d'arte o non completati. Il cantiere era gestito in maniera non idonea. Si approfittano speculando su ogni minima cosa. Sal non attendibili. Misure e superfici riportate nei sal talvolta errate o mal rilevate. Mancato recupero e selezione di materiale edile, a dispetto degli accordi, nonostante si trattasse di un restauro conservativo. Poco personale a lavoro e spesso trasferito da un cantiere all'altro con conseguenze negative sul lavoro. Procedevano a rilento. Certi giorni non mandavano gli operai e nemmeno avvertivano. Hanno fermato i lavori perché contestati e non hanno nemmeno avvisato della sospensione, né committente e né direttore. Mancata differenziazione dei rifiuti. Materiale messo da parte, alla fine trovato gettato via fra le macerie. Solo mesi dopo il licenziamento dell'impresa si è perfino scoperto che avevano provato ad estorcere denaro ad altra ditta intervenuta in cantiere per svolgere un altro lavoro durato solo alcuni giorni e assunta direttamente dal committente.
