Abbiamo preso come antipasto la seppia con porcino, lampone e finocchio fermentato un insieme di sapori davvero buoni. Primo uno spaghetto affumicato, riccio, scampo e rosmarino la fine del mondo. Il dolce un Kouign-amann espressa con gelato alla crema ( tipo una brioche salata) eccellente. Ci ritorneremo .

E	Elenia Stefani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ero cliente della precedente gestione (unica, a mio avviso) e ieri ho provato la nuova proprietà e devo ammettere di non esser stata delusa. L’ambiente è rimasto elegante e raffinato. I colori e l’arredo sono molto belli e integrati risaltando i soffitti. La tavola è minimal ed elegante. Il team è giovane e molto preparato. Traspare l’attenzione verso il cliente e la dedizione a questo lavoro che è molto complesso. Molto disponibili anche ad accontentare clienti difficili come sono io. I piatti direi molto buoni. Prevalenza di pesce ma anche chi mangia carne può scegliere e la qualità è molto alta anche in quei prodotti. Il consiglio sul vino è risultato perfettamente azzeccato e senza proporre vini costosi ma di qualità. Unico neo ma credo dettato dalla storicità del palazzo, non hanno rifatto i bagni ma si sono impegnati per modificare e migliorare il possibile come potevano. Traspare voglia di fare, attenzione, qualità ed eleganza. The environment has remained elegant and refined. The colors and furnishings are very beautiful and integrated, highlighting the ceilings. The table is minimal and elegant. The team is young and very well prepared. The attention to the customer and the dedication to this work, which is very complex, shines through. Also very willing to please difficult customers like me. The dishes I would say are very good. Prevalence of fish but also those who eat meat can choose and the quality is very high even in those products. The wine advice turned out to be perfectly apt and without proposing expensive but quality wines. The only drawback but I think dictated by the historicity of the building, they have not redone the bathrooms but have worked hard to modify and improve as possible as they could. There is a desire to do, attention, quality and elegance.
