F	Federica Loda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ore 19.30 chiamo il locale per ordinare due pizze con consegna a domicilio per le ore 21...con grande gioia la signora a cui ho dato la mia ordinazione mi ringrazia per l'orario di consegna scelto... Ore 21.20 chiamo il locale per sapere dove fossero le mie pizze e il titolare mi riferisce che hanno avuto problemi con il mezzo per la consegna e vista la vicinanza del locale alla mia abitazione dice che in 5 minuti sarebbe venuto lui a piedi (200 mt approssimativamente)... Ore 22.10 richiamo e propongo il ritiro presso il locale visto l'orario, sempre il titolare mi dice che sta arrivando... Ore 22.20 il Corriere glovo consegna le pizze dicendo che non riusciva a trovarci (ripeto 200 mt da casa mia, ho lasciato il numero di telefono e ho spiegato che il condominio è proprio sopra una nota attività commerciale della zona)... Pizze consegnate non fredde ma addirittura congelate... Pizze pagate la bellezza di 17€ con più di un ora e mezza di ritardo e fredde... Premesso che ho lavorato in svariati ristoranti, sono più che consapevole delle difficoltà e degli imprevisti che possono esserci ma se questo è il trattamento che si riserva ad un cliente che negli ultimi 25 giorni circa ha acquistato nel locale per 3 volte non chiediamoci perché poi le attività vanno male... A me sarebbe basta una piccola giustificazione e sarei stata disposta ad aspettare che le pizze venissero rifatte visto che il locale/il Corriere ha avuto problemi/mancanze...mai più... 7.30 pm I call the place to order two pizzas with home delivery for 9 pm ... with great joy the lady to whom I gave my order thanks me for the chosen delivery time ... 9.20 pm I call the place for to know where my pizzas were and the owner tells me that they have had problems with the delivery vehicle and given the proximity of the place to my home he says that in 5 minutes he would have come on foot (200 meters approximately) ... 10.10 pm I call back and propose collection at the restaurant given the time, the owner always tells me that he is coming ... At 22.20 the Corriere glovo delivers the pizzas saying that he could not find us (I repeat 200 meters from my house, I left the number phone and I explained that the condominium is right above a well-known commercial activity in the area) ... Pizzas delivered not cold but even frozen ... Pizzas paid for the beauty of 17 € with more than an hour and a half late and cold. .. Granted that I worked in several restaurants, I am more than aware of the difficulties and unforeseen events that may exist but if this is the treatment that is reserved for a customer who in the last 25 days or so has bought in the restaurant for 3 times, let's not ask ourselves why the activities go wrong .. . A little justification would be enough for me and I would have been willing to wait for the pizzas to be redone since the place / the Corriere had problems / shortcomings ... never again ...
L	Laura Zanoni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È la seconda volta che ordino una Posillipo,e x ben due volte niente,la prima volta mi è arrivata una pizza solo con gamberetti e la seconda volta una pizza con polipo e freddissima,buttata,mai più mi spiace xché all'inizio era,davvero fantastica It is the second time I order a Posillipo, ex twice as nothing, the first time I got a pizza only with shrimp and the second time a pizza with octopus and very cold, thrown away, never again I'm sorry because at the beginning it was, really fantastic

Abbiamo ordinato Una bufalina che ci é arrivata senza bufala e senza pomodorini Una Posillipo e mancava la polpa di granchio Una integrale con le verdure ed è arrivata a impasto normale non integrale E un'ultima con wuster e patatine Tutte le pizze crude Pessimo non andateci Sono finite tutte nel cestino We got 4 pizzas, they were cold and raw. We ordered A buffalo that arrived without buffalo and without cherry tomatoes A Posillipo and the crab meat was missing One wholemeal with vegetables and arrived at a normal not wholemeal dough And one last with wuster and chips All raw pizzas Bad don't go there They all ended up in the trash

La pasta della pizza è molto più simile al pane che alla classica pasta della pizza. Poi internamente sono veramente disorganizzati, dovrebbero rivedere un po' l'organizzazione. The taste of the pizza is not bad but it is really heavy, it can be digested in 2 days. Pizza dough is much more like bread than classic pizza dough. Then internally they are really disorganized, they should review the organization a bit.
