Devo dire che questa è in ogni caso assolutamente la migliore: personale cortese e competente; piadine calde e ben farcite (a differenza delle altre piadinerie anche la rucola e la lattuga vengono messe in abbondanza e non in quantità straridotte). Pochi posti a sedere
It is the third piadineria I feel of this chain. I must say that this is in any case absolutely the best: courteous and competent staff; hot and well-stuffed piadina (unlike other piadinerie also the rocket and lettuce are put in abundance and not in straridotte). A few seats

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Piadina ottima, ingredienti sempre freschi e di qualità.... Metto solo tre stelle perché purtroppo non c'è la minima cura per il servizio pulizia dei tavoli al cambio clienti.... So che richiede tempo ed attenzione ma in questo periodo post covid le normative sono abbastanza chiare e stringenti.... Nelle ultime 2 volte che sono venuta ho trovato il tavolo sporco dagli avventori precedenti e visto che non veniva nessuno sono andata in cassa a chiedere uno straccio e del detersivo..... Sono venute le ragazze a pulire ma se non avessi chiesto assolutamente no.... Idem oggi.... Peccato perché ripeto la cucina è ottima!
Excellent piadina, always fresh and quality ingredients .... I put only three stars because unfortunately there is not the slightest care for the cleaning of the tables when changing customers .... I know it takes time and attention but in this post covid the regulations are quite clear and stringent .... In the last 2 times I came I found the table dirty from previous customers and since no one came I went to the cashier to ask for a rag and detergent ..... the girls came to clean but if I had not asked absolutely no .... Same today .... Too bad because I repeat the kitchen is excellent!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordinata una piadina vegetariana dalla quale ho chiesto di levare alcune verdure , tenendo solo zucchine pomodoro e crema balsamico. Vergognosa e impresentabile. All'interno c'erano 4 fettine finissime di zucchine e un pomodorino ciliegino diviso in tre fettine. Ho fatto vedere al personale il contenuto super misero della piana ma per l'aggiunta di zucchine avrei dovuto pagare la differenza di grammatura. Ma aggiungere la grammatura di zucchine per differenza delle verdure levate...?
Ordered a vegetarian piadina from which I asked to remove some vegetables, keeping only zucchini, tomato and balsamic cream. Shameful and unpresentable. Inside there were 4 very thin slices of zucchini and a cherry tomato divided into three slices. I showed the staff the super poor content of the plain but for the addition of courgettes I would have had to pay the difference in weight. But add the weight of zucchini for the difference of the removed vegetables ...?
