★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comprato un Xbox One usato ,al prezzo di Euro 170 ...una volta portato a casa collegandolo a internet ,ho notato problemi di iscrizione.Il giorno dopo mi sono recata al punto vendita spiegandogli il problema,mi sono sentita dire che avevo danneggiato io la consolle ,adesso sono qui con la complicata burocrazia ,perchè le commesse se ne lavano le mani ,dicendo che devo fare il reclamo al sevizio clienti del Gamestop maiiiiiiiii piu'.Epoi si chiedono perchè compriamo su Amazon .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un posto un po picolo ma con tutto riguardo ai giochi sempre in ordine e con una bella acoglienza il impliegati sono sempre atenti di tutto anche se di solito ci sono tante persone e anche per fare le prenotazione dei giochi e molto facile e meglio ancora se ai la tessera di gamestop.

Purtroppo abbiamo avuto la pessima esperienza di conoscere la sua collega che poco disponibile, arrogante parlava con un suo amico mentre noi aspettavamo in coda a sentire le loro chiacchiere personali che a noi non personalmente non ci interessa. Chiedendole delle informazioni sulla connessione del mio cellulare per quale ho fatto la Sim della Tim lì, mi ha risposto di schiena che non è un problema suo. Una persona mal educata stanca di lavorare con la gente. Probabilmente il suo posto sarebbe ideale in fabbrica in catena dove non si deve relazionare con le altre persone.
