L	Luciano Ciscato on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appiedato al casello di Villamarzana, chiamato il soccorso Aci alle ore 6.45 del mattino sono arrivati alle 7.10... velocissimi, non appena arrivati in sede il titolare Stefano ha fatto un check con un suo bravissimo dipendente del problema: un iniettore rotto ( peugeot 5008).. nel frattempo mi ero fatto un paio di preventivi nella mia zona. Tutti più alti. Nel frattempo Stefano il titolare si è prodigato per mettermi a disposizione un auto sostitutiva affinché potessi continuare il mio viaggio. Due ( 2 ! ! ) giorni dopo la mia auto era pronta e con estrema sorpresa alla riconsegna un ulteriore sconto sul preventivo. Di più di così non si può pretendere. Auto sistemata in 2 giorni, il colore è venuto benissimo dato che era un giallo. Quindi per quanto mi riguarda posso dire che il servizio clienti è ottimo, come anche il servizio carrozzeria. Mi avevano detto due giorni, e ce l'hanno fatta in quattro, senza neanche tirarmi su un piccolo segno che avevo chiesto se mi facevano il favore, dato che era da riverniciare già in più punti, senza dover fare un'ulteriore denuncia all'assicurazione. Auto comunque finita e pulita perfettamente. Work done well, but in much higher processing times than what was expected. Ho chiamato loro che con grande professionalità e disponibilità sono venuti con il carro attrezzi, mi hanno portato in officina da loro, staff cordiale simpatico e professionale, nella sfortuna non potevo trovare di meglio. Ottima officina. Grazie ancora a tutti voi I was stranded with the camper as soon as I entered the motorway in Villamarzana. I called them with great professionalism and availability they came with the tow truck, they took me to their workshop, friendly, nice and professional staff, in bad luck I could not find better. Great workshop. Thanks again to all of you

Gentilissimi, mi hanno aiutata non solo a risolvere il problema alla macchina ma sono stati anche di supporto morale. Quando ho dovuto ricontattarli perché il problema si è ripresentato sono stati in grado di aiutarmi a fare ripartire la macchina via telefono ed arrivare fino a casa. Purtroppo abito in un altra regione, altrimenti sarebbero diventati la mia officina di fiducia. In un brutto venerdì sono stati i miei angeli custodi.
