Prima mi dice che c’è l’ha uguale e che deve smontarlo ma per smontarlo vuole più soldi (e mi sta bene). Mi dice che vuole solo contanti, vado in banca a prenderli e torno. Magicamente la lucetta dello specchietto che ha (che sarebbe quello delle frecce che si trova sotto (è un pezzo tutto unico) non e bianca come la mia ma è gialla (e già li....prima mi dici che è uguale e poi mi dice che il colore è diverso...) ma ancora ancora dico va bene...se ne va sul retro, prende una scala e inizia a cercare....e qui mi sorge un dubbio...ma scusa se dovevi smontarlo da una macchina (e quindi ora che sono qui dovresti avercelo sotto mano dato che l’hai appena smontato) come mai è su un ripiano elevato? E poi come mai ci metti così tanto a cercarlo? Aspettate non è finita qui. Torna e mi dice “mi spiace ma il colore della scocca non è come il tuo ma è blu e nero e non va bene per te”. Io rispondo “Ah...ok grazie ciao”. (Mi sono trattenuto...ma avresti dovuto ricevere una bella strigliata personalmente...ma non sono così...) Mi rivolgo a te...signor Bonafin....vergognati... Vergognati e ancora vergognati...penso che tu abbia voluto fregarmi e in più mi hai fatto perdere tempo inutilmente. Non sei professionale e gentile come scrivono...probabilmente sono tutti tuoi amici... Non ci si comporta così....vergogna Personally, I found it unprofessional and incorrect. (I tell the story) I needed a mirror for my car. First he tells me that there is the same and that he has to take it apart but he wants more money to take it apart (and it's fine with me). He tells me he just wants cash, I go to the bank to get them and go back. Magically the mirror light it has (which would be that of the arrows underneath it (it is a unique piece) is not white like mine but it is yellow (and already there .... first you tell me that it is the same and then I he says that the color is different ...) but still I still say it's okay ... he goes to the back, takes a ladder and starts looking .... and here a doubt arises ... but sorry if you had to take it apart from a car (and therefore now that I am here you should have it in hand since you have just disassembled it) why is it on a high shelf? And then why does it take you so long to look for it? Wait it's not over here. He comes back and says "I'm sorry but the color of the shell is not like yours but it's blue and black and it's not good for you". I answer "Ah ... ok thanks hello". (I held back ... but you should have received a good groomed personally ... but I'm not like that ...) I turn to you ... Mr. Bonafin .... shame on you ... Ashamed and still ashamed ... I think you wanted to rip me off and in addition you made me waste time unnecessarily. You are not as professional and kind as they write ... they are probably all your friends ... We don't behave like this .... shame
