Avevo preso un' appuntamento a una determinata ora ( per una ceretta) dato che dopo avevo un' impegno, mi sono presentata all' orario stabilito ma ho dovuto aspettare un' ora perché prima di me era arrivata un' altra persona senza prenotazione e stavano lavorando con lei, quando mi hanno chiamato li ho informati che dato che avevo un' impegno e mi avevano chiamato dopo un' ora dal' appuntamento preso non mi sarei potuta trattenere piú di tanto e pertanto di fare quel che potevano nel tempo che c' era, in tutta risposta mi hanno chiesto di che tipo di impegno si trattasse e che se non era un' impegno di lavoro non dovevo rompere ( in tono scherzoso ) . Per di piú erano in due a farmi il lavoro e chiacchieravano allegramente degli affari loro, infatti essendo distratte mi hanno riempito i piedi di cera che non andava via e ho dovuto poi rimuoverla con cura una volta arrivata a casa a fine giornata . The service was unobtrusive but the staff who worked with me was unprofessional. I had made an appointment at a certain time (for a waxing) since after I had a commitment, I showed up at the scheduled time but I had to wait an hour because before me another person had arrived without a reservation and they were working with her, when they called me I informed them that since I had a commitment and they called me after an hour from the appointment I could not hold back much and therefore to do what they could in the time that there is it was, in response they asked me what kind of commitment it was and that if it wasn't a work commitment I shouldn't have broken (in a joking tone). In addition, two of them were doing my job and chatting happily about their affairs, in fact being distracted they filled my feet with wax that did not go away and I had to remove it carefully once I got home at the end of the day.
