★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Partiamo dal fatto maggiormente grave dato il momento storico e critico nel quale ci troviamo: entrando la proprietaria era senza mascherina sia lei che la cliente al quale faceva la manicure.
Mi fa attendere 30 minuti nonostante l'appuntamento (ha poi precisato il motivo del ritardo e ogni tanto ci può anche stare quindi su questo non colpevolizzo) ma che, dopo aver finito la cliente prima di me, senza dirmi nulla esce a fumarsi una sigaretta tranquillamente e tornando, senza lavarsi le mani inizia a farmi la ceretta non mi sembra molto igienico ( dato che in tutto ciò ribadisco non avesse mascherina nè guanti e non si fosse igienizzata dalla cliente precedente).
Sulla ceretta avrei anche delle critiche ma lasciamo perdere il peggio è stato già detto.
Sicuramente non ci andrò mai più.
