La cucina è semplice ed essenziale, pochi piatti con pochi ingredienti locali e stagionali ma finemente e sapientemente realizzati: trapelano davvero la preparazione e la passione messa in cucina! Sia io che mia moglie siamo vegetariani e il menù di per sé poteva già offrirci delle gustose opzioni (ottima melanzana con spuma di ricotta e pomodorini confit come antipasto), ma il personale ci ha comunque offerto delle personalizzazioni di alcuni piatti rielaborati in chiave veg apposta per noi. Un'attenzione sintomo di professionalità purtroppo non così scontata nella maggior parte dei ristoranti. Oltre alla pasta, abbiamo mangiato dei fagottini di pasta fillo ripieni di ricotta e tuorlo d'uovo con besciamella e crema di funghi: semplicemente SUPERLATIVI! Oltre alla qualità dei piatti, il locale è accogliente, denota grande attenzione per i dettagli e cura del cliente. Assolutamente da provare per chi si trova a passare da lì!
