★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordino tramite Deliveroo, arrivo previsto per le 20.35, alle 20.45 ancora nulla e chiamo.
Mi sento dire "devi aspettare altri 50 minuti, sei lontano". Se sono lontano perché il mio ordine è stato accettato? Se sono lontano, perché permetti a Deliveroo di consegnarmi? Se sono lontano e ci metti altri 50 minuti, perché devo chiamarti io alle 20.50 per saperlo? Mi attacca in faccia, richiamo e non mi risponde. Per fortuna Deliveroo è una piattaforma seria e rimborsa, ma locali simili non devono assolutamente rimanere aperti. Pessimi è non professionali.
 I order through Deliveroo, arrival scheduled for 8.35 pm, still nothing at 8.45 pm and I call.
I hear "you have to wait another 50 minutes, you're far away". If I am away, why has my order been accepted? If I'm away, why are you letting Deliveroo deliver me? If I'm away and it takes you another 50 minutes, why do I have to call you at 8.50pm to find out? He attacks me in the face, I call back and doesn't answer me. Thankfully, Deliveroo is a serious and repaying platform, but similar venues definitely don't have to stay open. Bad is unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assolutamente inaffidabili, abbiamo ordinato su glovo alle 8.40 e l'arrivo dell'ordine era previsto intorno alle 9.10. L'ordine non è mai arrivato e risultava consegnato alle 22.40,mentre si erano fatte le 23 e non vi era alcuna traccia del corriere. Fortunatamente dovevamo pagare alla consegna,sennò non avremmo riavuto i soldi in dietro,visto che non rispondevamo al telefono nonostante le innumerevoli chiamate. Sconsigliatissimo
Absolutely unreliable, we ordered on glovo at 8.40 and the order was expected to arrive around 9.10. The order never arrived and was delivered at 10.40 pm, while it was 11 pm and there was no trace of the courier. Fortunately we had to pay on delivery, otherwise we wouldn't have got the money back, as we didn't answer the phone despite the countless calls. Not recommended

Una coroncina di pane ben confezionata che mi ha messo di buonumore! Consigliato! Consegna gentile e puntuale . Grazie ragazzi, mi avete davvero stupita. A presto! Un Panino con la "P" maiuscola. Davvero ottimo, ne proverò certamente altri. Rapidi nella consegna. Consigliato.

ordino tramite deliveroo. L'ordine non è mai arrivato. Effettuo 15 chiamate e nessuno risponde, anche i dipendenti di deliveroo non ricevono Risposta. Finalmente risponde qualcuno che, purtroppo per lui, nonostante io parli fluentemente italiano non capisce neanche una parola. Poco seri. Più volte mi hanno detto di aspettare dai 15 ai 20 minuti e più volte non ho ricevuto il mio ordine. Alla fine della serata verso le 23, dalle 20:30 che ho ordinato, richiamo e mi dicono di consultare deliveroo per il reclamo, il tutto concluso con una chiamata riattaccata violentemente. Vergogna!

I order through deliveroo. The order never arrived. I make 15 calls and no one answers, even deliveroo employees don't get an answer. Finally someone answers who, unfortunately for him, although I speak fluent Italian, does not understand even a word. Not serious. Several times they told me to wait 15 to 20 minutes and several times I did not receive my order. At the end of the evening around 11pm, from 8.30pm that I ordered, I call back and tell me to consult deliveroo for the complaint, all of which ended with a violently hung up call. Shame!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo soggiornato presso l'hotel zona termini e abbiamo deciso di ordinare la porchetta con diverse piadina, non vedendoci arrivare l'ordine siamo andati a vedere se trovavamo il numero del locale su internet e ci siamo imbattuti nelle recensioni negative , ma avendo chiamato Glovo abbiamo capito che bastava rispondere al telefono da Milano al quale ci hanno contattato per dirci che l'indirizzo era incompleto , in quanto lo avevamo preso con la posizione del cellulare e non era quella esatta. Insomma cibo buono il disservizio è stato causato da noi per una mancata risposta al telefono , ma nel complesso i prodotti sono buoni e anche il servizio , se lo avessimo saputo prima che bastava contattare la piattaforma invece del locale avremmo avuto il cibo quanto prima .

In short, good food, the disservice was caused by us for not answering the phone, but overall the products are good and the service too, if we had known before it was enough to contact the platform instead of the place we would have had the food as soon as possible.
