Helpful and competent staff, excellent selection. The only sore point: prices are above average and the same items are available on online stores for half the price.

Porto libretto auto e mi consegnano delle pastiglie palesemente sbagliate (c'era scritto Fiat Punto/Lancia Y), consulto catalogo ricambista e glielo faccio notare al telefono e mi rispondono con sufficienza che non sono in grado di darmi quelle giuste senza avere quelle vecchie a disposizione (non bastava consultare il catalogo o il sito della Metelli? inserendo la sola targa...). Quando porto le vecchie (assieme al codice giusto che mi son trovato da solo), mi chiedono un conguaglio di altre 29 euro dopo le 30 iniziali delprimo set di pastiglie ma ormai avevo auto smontata e necessitavo del pezzo. Un totale di 59 euro per un ricambio non originale che trovi a meno della metà del prezzo (spedizione compresa). Prezzi fuori mercato e nemmeno lontanamente giustificati dalla qualità del servizio.
Trivial front pads Fiat Panda latest series. I bring my car booklet and they give me some obviously wrong pads (it said Fiat Punto / Lancia Y), I consult the spare parts catalog and I point it out to them on the phone and they reply sufficiently that they are not able to give me the right ones without having the old ones provision (was it not enough to consult the catalog or the Metelli website? inserting only the plate ...). When I bring the old ones (together with the right code that I found myself), they ask me for a balance of another 29 euros after the initial 30 of the first set of pads but by now I had the car removed and I needed the part. A total of 59 euros for a non-original part that you can find for less than half the price (including shipping). Prices out of the market and not even remotely justified by the quality of the service.
