★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo posto con personale altrettanto pessimo. La maleducata che mi ha accolta mi ha subito detto con tono arrogante che loro trattano prodotti medio alti e non economici nonostante io non le avessi detto nulla, evidentemente le avro' dato l'idea della barbona. Ho chiesto info sui materassi e non ha saputo spiegarmi nulla mi ha semplicemente detto di provarli. Poi e' andata via. Premetto che il negozio era vuoto e quindi avrebbe potuto darmi delle spiegazioni. Cmq i letti esposti a me davano l'idea di scarsa qualita' stessa cosa per i materassi. Altrove si trova qualita' e cortesia. Non so se la ragazza bionda fosse la proprietaria ma se cosi' non fosse licenziatela in giro c'e' tanta gente che ha voglia di lavorare.
 Bad place with equally bad staff. The rude one who welcomed me immediately told me with an arrogant tone that they deal with medium-high and not cheap products even though I hadn't said anything, evidently I would have given her the idea of the barbona. I asked for info on the mattresses and she was unable to explain anything to me, she simply told me to try them. Then she left. I state that the shop was empty and therefore could have given me an explanation. Anyway the beds exposed to me gave the idea of poor quality same thing for mattresses. Elsewhere you will find quality and courtesy. I don't know if the blonde girl was the owner but if she wasn't fired around there are so many people who want to work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono cliente da diversi anni ed ho acquistato differenti tipologie di prodotto (partita da una coppia di semplici cuscini, quando ancora l’azienda si trovava a Passirano, fino alla struttura letto, completa di materasso, e poltrona) ed ogni volta ho conferma della qualità dei prodotti selezionati. Con la mia personale esperienza posso solo esprimere la mia gratitudine nei confronti del personale che mi ha accolta e mi ha assistita sempre con estrema professionalità e cura dei minimi dettagli.
I have been a customer for several years and have purchased different types of product (starting from a pair of simple cushions, when the company was still in Passirano, up to the bed frame, complete with mattress, and armchair) and every time I have confirmation of the quality of the selected products. With my personal experience I can only express my gratitude to the staff who welcomed me and always assisted me with extreme professionalism and attention to the smallest details.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aggiornamento recensione che rimane pessima, acquistare un materasso qui mi è costato tempo, denaro e rabbia. Pur di vendere un materasso sono disposti a perdere completamente il cliente. Purtroppo io sono caduta nella loro ragnatela e ora a distanza di 2 mesi dall'acquisto di un materasso di pessima qualità e non conforme al modello esposto della loro marca prestiges modello Selene e dopo essermi sentita costretta ad acquistare un materasso di marca da loro mi auguro di non incontrarli più sulla mia strada. Un consiglio se volete un materasso di marca andate da chi vende solo quella marca tipo dorelan o permaflex ecc. Solo così avrete ampia scelta e sarete sicuri di acquistare al miglior prezzo e cosa più importante ottimi prodotti che hanno superato test che li rendono presidi medici. Meglio spendere 300,00€ in più ma avere la qualità e la sicurezza nel tempo.Aggiornamento dell'Ultimo minuto, 4 telefonate e 1 email per farmi togliere la recensione in quanto secondo loro è andato tutto per il meglio..... lascio che valutiate voi. Consegna di 4 Materassi non conformi, 5 volte presso di loro, 1 volta in dorelan per scegliere il modello. Poi ti dicono che il modello scelto loro non possono averlo perché rivenditore alla fine ti trovano un modello simile accetti per smettere di perdere tempo aggiungi 400€ e x loro è tutto ok.... certo, e il tempo perso e il fatto di essermi dovuta accontentare e soprattutto la maleducazione e l'atteggiamento arrogante del personale. E in tutto questo nemmeno le scuse x il disagio né il gesto di omaggiare qualcosa. No non siete venditori validi. Sul.mercato c'è molto di meglio.

A tip if you want a branded mattress go to those who only sell that brand like dorelan or permaflex etc. Only in this way will you have a wide choice and you will be sure to buy at the best price and most importantly excellent products that have passed tests that make them medical aids. Last minute update, 4 phone calls and 1 email to get me to remove the review as according to them everything went for the best ..... I leave that you evaluate. Delivery of 4 non-compliant mattresses, 5 times with them, 1 time in dorelan to choose the model. Then they tell you that the model chosen they cannot have it because the dealer eventually find you a similar model you accept to stop wasting time add 400 € ex them everything is ok .... of course, and the time lost and the fact that I owed me to please and above all the rudeness and arrogant attitude of the staff.
