Pacco in consegna due volte con il rischio fermo deposito da ritirare a Torino ossia 40 km.
In difficoltà ed ovviamente arrabbiato, segnalo alla titolare (credo) di Nuova Posta Crotone di non essere stato avvertito da Nexive in nessun modo (magari sai quando arriva e aspetti) e che sarebbero tenuti a farlo magari anche telefonicamente ma mi risponde "si figuri se dovessero avvertire tutti...", "non sono tenuti a farlo...", poi durante la discussione telefonata interrotta da un signore che mi dice "Senta! Noi abbiamo da lavorare ...!!!
Comportamento veramente scortese e maleducato.
Invece in agenzia Nexive ad Ivrea mi confermano che Nexive avrebbe dovuto avvertirmi via SMS e che una telefonata sarebbe stata d'obbligo visto il ritardo. Si scusano pure ... Che differenza!
Chiederò il rimborso.
Express system advertised delivery within 48 hours. Late 5 days. No delivery notice. No tracking information except "non-delivery". No information from Nexive telephone support.
Parcel delivered twice with the risk of holding the deposit to be collected in Turin, i.e. 40 km.
In difficulty and obviously angry, I point out to the owner (I think) of Nuova Posta Crotone that I have not been warned by Nexive in any way (maybe you know when it arrives and wait) and that they would be obliged to do so perhaps even by telephone but she replies "imagine if should warn everyone ... "," they are not obliged to do so ... ", then during the discussion a telephone call interrupted by a man who says to me" Listen! We have to work ... !!!
Really rude and rude behavior.
Instead, at the Nexive agency in Ivrea, they confirm that Nexive should have warned me via SMS and that a phone call would have been a must given the delay. They also apologize ... What a difference!
I will ask for a refund.
