★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo entrati in questo negozio io e un amica con 5 bambini, passa qualche minuto quando la signora, dopo aver detto loro che non era un parco giochi ci ha acidamente detto che l’educazione la si insegna da piccoli, premetto che non hanno toccato né tantomeno rotto nullai erano solamente un po’ rumorosi compatibilmente con la loro età. Probabilmente pensava fossimo entrati solo per dare un’occhiata quando invece abbiamo acquistato un gioco da € 60. Non mi è mai capitato di imbattere in un negoziante così scortese, super sconsigliato.
We came into this shop a friend and I with 5 children, spent a few minutes when the lady, after telling them that it was not a playground we sourly said that education is taught as a child, I state that they have not touched nor even if nothing was broken they were only a little noisy, compatibly with their age. Probably we thought we had just entered to take a look when we bought a € 60 game. I never happened to run into a shopper so rude, super-discouraged.

beautiful and quality products in a historic shop in the center of Arco .. from candles, cups, glasses, plates from the Alessi home line. to thun ceramics. you will find a gift for sure. The toys area is very well stocked. I recommend it! !!

Al buonasera non ha risposto, quando le ho chiesto di farmi un pacchetto per una tazza non mi risposto nuovamente, tornando alla cassa con un pacchetto indecente per un negozio del genere (probabilmente perché ho speso poco).
Very rude owner.
At good evening she didn't answer, when I asked her to make me a package for a cup she didn't answer me again, returning to the cashier with an indecent package for such a shop (probably because I spent little).

What can I say ..... if you need to make a gift and not only from them you will always find something .... moreover they are THUN dealers, therefore one of my favorite shops !!

Pieno di giocattoli di ogni tipo.
Il negozio tratta anche di articoli per la casa.
Inoltre sono molto gentili e professionali in particolare la signora bionda molto cordiale probabilmente è la proprietaria.
Lo consiglio per l'acquisto dei regali di Natale.
