m	marina pieretti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Luogo bellissimo, solare, con deliziosi animali liberi al pascolo....Quando le mie nipotine erano piccole questo era per loro un mondo incantato con le mucchette, i coniglietti, i maialini, le gallinelle....Chiaramente poi non sapevano da dove provenivano le appetitose bistecche e i succosi hamburger, le freschissime uova alla coque, le mozzarelle filanti, le ricottine e i prosciutti saporiti. Oggi anche se sono passati alcuni anni La Muccheria continua ad avere gli stessi splendidi animali e gli stessi splendidi prodotti genuini. Peccato che non possa usufruire di queste ottime realtà, che qui vengono offerte, abitando a Roma, ma appena posso ci ritorno con le mie nipotine che si divertono ancora a dare da mangiare alle mucche o a svegliare i sonnolenti porcellini. I prezzi sono ottimi! Assolutamente da consigliare. Beautiful, sunny place, with delightful free grazing animals .... When my granddaughters were little, this was an enchanted world for them with cows, bunnies, pigs, chickens .... Of course they didn't know where from came the appetizing steaks and juicy hamburgers, the very fresh soft-boiled eggs, the stringy mozzarella, the ricotta and the savory hams. Today, even if a few years have passed, La Muccheria continues to have the same splendid animals and the same splendid genuine products. Too bad I can't take advantage of these excellent realities, which are offered here, living in Rome, but as soon as I can I return there with my granddaughters who still enjoy feeding the cows or waking up the sleepy pigs. Prices are great! Absolutely to be recommended.

Solo qui riesco a trovare una mozzarella che, seppur preparata con latte di mucca, assomiglia a quella di bufala delle mie parti (sono salernitano). Ovviamente non trattandosi di latte di bufala, il sapore é diverso e la tenuta a livelli di consistenza é ridotta! Per me é il top. For me the best dairy in Rome and surroundings. Only here can I find a mozzarella which, although prepared with cow's milk, resembles that of buffalo in my area (I'm from Salerno). Obviously, since it is not buffalo milk, the flavor is different and the consistency level is reduced! For me it is the top.

f	favol limite on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La muccheria è un posto quasi magico, entri nel parcheggio e puoi andare a vedere le mucche che si rilassano, i maialini, le galline e se siete fortunati vedere un vitello appena nato! Prima di entrare in negozio si prende un numero e si attende fuori dove si può acquistare la verdura appena colta e di stagione. Una volta entrati c'è una distesa di formaggi freschi e stagionati poi la carne. Tutto buonissimo. Consiglio questa azienda agricola per la sua serietà e bontà dei suoi prodotti. La muccheria is an almost magical place, you enter the parking lot and you can go to see the cows relaxing, the pigs, the hens and if you are lucky to see a newborn calf! Before entering the shop, take a number and wait outside where you can buy freshly picked and seasonal vegetables. Once inside there is an expanse of fresh and aged cheeses then the meat. All very good. I recommend this farm for its seriousness and goodness of its products.

Prodotti da provare? Tutti! Il settore latticini, il mio preferito, non ha eguali. Mozzarelle che vengono realizzate ogni mattina e poi burro, crescenza, ricotta e una vasta offerta di formaggi più o meno stagionati con noci, tartufo, olive….il tutto a prezzi più che onesti. Lo consiglio con entusiasmo!! A 'unique' place where the very high quality of the products is perfectly combined with the professionalism and kindness of the staff for production and sale.
