★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata una cliente di Benedetti per 12 anni inseguendo i negozi anche quando venivano chiusi e riaperti. Nel constatare con dispiacere che il livello dei prodotti è notevolmente calato e che non esistono più capi con etichetta originale ma oiuttosto con etichette interne sapientemente ritagliate e cartellini volanti, vorrei segnalare uno spiacevole episodio.
Ho acquistato una casacca larga di "viscosa", dopo il lavaggio a 30° (l'etichetta diceva 40°) l'articolo si è drammaticamente ristretto. Riportato al negozio (20 km da casa mia) mi è stato risposto che loro non potevano farci nulla e non c'è stato modo di parlare con un responsabile delle vendite. Bel modo di trattare i clienti o meglio gli ex clienti

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata oggi per la seconda volta nel negozio Benedetti, ho trovato la signora Federica che mi ha consigliato in maniera molto professionale, sincera e paziente nella scelta di parecchi capi di vestiario, Oggi non posso dire quanto si manterranno inalterati nel tempo, però posso sicuramente dire che per il prezzo che li ho pagati sono veramente deliziosi, sia per i colori, sia per i modelli, che per i materiali. Spessissimo mi è capitato di acquistare marche molto blasonate e costose che hanno fatto una pessima fine, quindi tanto vale provare anche perché con la cifra che ho speso in altri negozi avrei comprato poco più di due vestiti.
