Poi ho scoperto che pur col nome La Mimosa due non è neanche parente dell'omonimo La Mimosa in altra posizione a Bracciano. Devo purtroppo dire che sono ora diventato cliente affezionato della mimosa 1. For me it was a point of reference for pastries and party cakes. Then I discovered that even with the name La Mimosa due it is not even related to the homonymous La Mimosa in another position in Bracciano. Non si riesce mai a parlare con loro al telefono , a volte non riesco a passare per commissionare una torta o altro e se rispondessero al telefono , potrei ordinare e poi passare a ritirare . Invece non è possibile perché risponde solamente la segreteria telefonica , anche negli orari di apertura. Nella giornata di ieri invece, con mia sorpresa e profondo rammarico, mi sono trovata di fronte ad una persona mai vista prima che serviva i clienti con una lentezza indescrivibile. Considerando anche le alte temperature del periodo, attendere in fila, fuori sotto il sole per 15 minuti solo per acquistare un paio di dolcetti, mi sembra un disservizio non indifferente. Arrivato il mio turno, chiedo il prodotto con una farcitura di crema che loro hanno sempre. Ma la signora al banco mi dice che non è disponibile in quel momento e mi suggerisce di acquistare altro prodotto ma stessa farcitura. Accetto il consiglio con molta titubanza in quanto ciò che mi stava mostrando secondo me non corrispondeva alla mia richiesta. E i fatti mi hanno confermato quello che era solo un sospetto. Il dolcetto era farcito con una crema Di altro tipo che, fortunatamente non ha creato problemi viste le mie intolleranze alimentari. Inoltre la pasta era secca e poco digeribile. Per un momento ho pensato che la pasticceria avesse cambiato gestione e vista l’esperienza, se così fosse, sinceramente non credo che tornerò più, vista anche la distanza che percorro ogni volta per acquistare alla Mimosa 2. Ne sono tutti piacevolmente colpiti. Gentili, locale modesto e prezzi accessibili alla popolazione. La pasticceria IDEALE. Siete fantastici, continuate sempre così!
