È da giugno che aspetto libri scolastici usati, la signora mi rimanda di settimana in settimana con varie scuse arrivando all 11 settembre, telefono per avere notizie, mi dice che tutti i libri sono arrivati, ma quando giungo in negozio non ci sono ne i libri ne la signora.... Mi viene detto che é andata dal corriere a prenderli. A tutto c'è un limite!!!! Sicuramente la signora é incapace di fare il proprio lavoro, ma abbia almeno la serietà e l'onestà di non prendersi gioco delle persone... PRIMA E ULTIMA VOLTA!!!!
