RITARDO DI 1 ORA. 2 Pizze "poco cotte" arrivate entrambe CARBONIZZATE le altre pure. Dure, secche, con poco condimento. Per di più poco cortesi per dire così. Non è piaciuta a nessuno. Mi spiace ma è stata una TOTALE DELUSIONE. NON CONSIGLIATA! ZERO PROPRIO. Qua sotto potete vedere i resti(mangiata per la fame) CARBONIZZATI. The second WORST pizza from GENOA and Liguria that I have ever tasted in my life. DELAY OF 1 HOUR. 2 "undercooked" pizzas, both of which are CARBONIZED, the others as well. Hard, dry, with little seasoning. Moreover, they are not very polite to say so. Nobody liked it. I'm sorry but it was a TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT. NOT RECOMMENDED! ZERO OWN. Below you can see the remains (eaten for hunger) CARBONIZED.

Questa è sicuramente l'ultima volta che la prendo. My mom ordered 4 pizzas, when she got home one was wrong, the dough was undercooked, the seasoning poor and the edges burnt. Nonostante la vicinanza della mia abitazione con la pizzeria le pizze erano appena tiepide. Metà bordo esterno carbonizzato mentre la pasta risultava insapore e "ciungosa" The first and last time. Alle ore 20:55 mi chiama il fattorino per dirmi che l'ordine non verrà consegnato perchè la mia abitazione è troppo lontana. Distanza pizzeria-abitazione: 3 chilometri. Order placed and confirmed at 19.30. Delivery scheduled at 21. At 20:55 the delivery man calls me to tell me that the order will not be delivered because my home is too far away. Distance between pizzeria and home: 3 kilometers.

Inserisco un ordine per due pizze alle 22:20, ricevo conferma dopo un paio di minuti: orario di consegna previsto: 23:30. Pazienza, pensiamo, vista l’ora, è inevitabile adattarsi. Alle 23:15 mi contatta la pizzeria per dirmi “il fattorino se n’è andato, non porteremo le pizze, la colpa è di Just Eat”. Nel momento in cui faccio presente che è INAMMISSIBILE cancellare un ordine precedentemente CONFERMATO 10 minuti prima della consegna, il titolare mi aggredisce e arriva a dirmi che se voglio le pizze “posso andarmele a prendere” e insiste sul fatto che “la colpa è di Just Eat”. Non diciamo eresie, i locali POSSONO rifiutare ordine o staccare il pos ordini di Just Eat. Quello che NON POSSONO fare, o almeno, delle persone serie NON farebbero, è confermare un ordine per poi annullarlo al momento della consegna. In una fascia oraria, peraltro, in cui ovviamente non ho potuto ordinare altrove. Tantissima maleducazione gratuita, toni inaccettabili e ulteriore presa per i fondelli: appena ho riattaccato, anziché annullare l’ordine, mi è arrivata notifica “il rider è partito”. Grandissimo genio, ma pensavi davvero che avrei pagato due pizze fantasma? Just Eat ha prontamente rimborsato il tutto. E porto le scuse del caso, cosa che la pizzeria non ha neppure pensato di fare. Pessimi. Really bad. On Just Eat it appears that the place is open until 11pm. I place an order for two pizzas at 10.20pm, I receive confirmation after a couple of minutes: expected delivery time: 11.30pm. Patience, we think, given the time, it is inevitable to adapt. At 11:15 pm the pizzeria contacts me to tell me "the delivery boy is gone, we will not bring the pizzas, the fault lies with Just Eat". When I point out that it is NOT ADMISSIBLE to cancel a previously CONFIRMED order 10 minutes before delivery, the owner attacks me and tells me that if I want the pizzas "I can go and get them" and insists that "it is Just's fault. Eat ". We say no heresies, locals MAY refuse order or detach Just Eat order post. What serious people CANNOT do, or at least serious people would NOT do, is confirm an order and then cancel it upon delivery. In a time slot, however, in which obviously I could not order elsewhere. Lots of free rudeness, unacceptable tones and further taking for a ride: as soon as I hung up, instead of canceling the order, I received a notification "the rider has left". Great genius, but did you really think I'd pay for two ghost pizzas? Just Eat promptly refunded everything. And I bring the appropriate apologies, which the pizzeria has not even thought of doing. Bad.

Detto ciò le pizze sono arrivate con quasi mezz’ora di anticipo nonostante l’orario preciso richiesto. Inoltre entrambe le pizze erano condite male e senza gli ingredienti richiesti. Abbiamo voluto provare nonostante le non molto positive recensioni ma purtroppo dobbiamo rimanere in linea con opinioni altrui. Peccato! Premise: we called the pizzeria directly to report the misunderstandings and they were kind and listened to us. Having said that, the pizzas arrived almost half an hour early despite the exact time requested. In addition, both pizzas were poorly seasoned and without the required ingredients. We wanted to try despite the not very positive reviews but unfortunately we have to stay in line with others' opinions. Pity!
